With this plugin you can search for multiple patterns in any of the opened documents in NotePad++. You may want to tune your search using all fancy tricks from NPP like regular expressions or escaped patterns and give each of the searches different colors. The result will be stored in a dockable window in same ordering as in the origin and a double click allows you to jump to the original position. It is designed to treat log-files of typical size like 60MB. More features can be found in the help dialogue of the plugin. For generating the dll file I use a msdev compiler. Spam prevention by throttling logs. console uses std in the underlying so calling wrapStd redirects console too. The benefit of this function is that things like console.info will be correctly redirected to the corresponding type. Any instance of consola that inherits the mocked instance, will apply provided callback again. This way, mocking works for withTag scoped loggers without the need for extra effort. Choose between one of the built-in reporters or bring in your own one. By default FancyReporter is registered for modern terminals or BasicReporter will be used if running in limited environments such as CIs. A reporter (class or object) exposes log(logObj) method. Extract internal monitoring data from application logs
Extract internal monitoring data from application logs for collection in a time-series database. mtail is a tool for extracting metrics from application logs to be exported into a timeseries database or timeseries calculator for alerting and dashboarding. It fills a monitoring niche by being the glue between applications that do not export their own internal state (other than via logs) and existing monitoring systems, such that system operators do not need to patch those applications to instrument them or writing custom extraction code for every such application. The extraction is controlled by mtail programs which define patterns and actions. Metrics are exported for scraping by a collector as JSON or Prometheus format over HTTP, or can be periodically sent to a collectd, StatsD, or Graphite collector socket. Precompiled binaries for released versions are available in the Releases page on Github. Using the latest production release binary is the recommended way of installing mtail. -

A logger for just about everything
Winston is designed to be a simple and universal logging library with support for multiple transports. A transport is essentially a storage device for your logs. Each winston logger can have multiple transports (see: Transports) configured at different levels (see: Logging levels). For example, one may want error logs to be stored in a persistent remote location (like a database), but all logs output to the console or a local file. Winston aims to decouple parts of the logging process to make it more flexible and extensible. Attention is given to supporting flexibility in log formatting (see: Formats) & levels (see: Using custom logging levels), and ensuring those APIs decoupled from the implementation of transport logging (i.e. how the logs are stored / indexed, see: Adding Custom Transports) to the API that they exposed to the programmer. -

A Gradle plugin for printing beautiful logs on the console while running tests. The plugin registers an extension called testlogger (all lowercase and one word) at project level as well as for each task of type Test. By default, the showExceptions flag is turned on. This shows why the tests failed including the location of the failure. Of course, you can switch off this slightly more verbose logging by setting showExceptions to false. Just like Gradle itself, by default only the last frame that matches the test class's name in a stack trace is printed. For vast majority of cases, that is sufficient. Sometimes, it is useful to remove this filtering in order to see the entirety of the stack trace. -

PSR Log
An interface that describes a logger
The main goal is to allow libraries to receive a Psr\Log\LoggerInterface object and write logs to it in a simple and universal way. The LoggerInterface exposes eight methods to write logs to the eight RFC 5424 levels (debug, info, notice, warning, error, critical, alert, emergency). Every method accepts a string as the message, or an object with a toString() method. Implementors MAY have special handling for the passed objects. If that is not the case, implementors MUST cast it to a string. The interfaces and classes described as well as relevant exception classes and a test suite to verify your implementation are provided as part of the psr/log package. Note that this is not a logger of its own. It is merely an interface that describes a logger. You can pick one of the implementations of the interface to get a logger. If you want to implement the interface, you can require this package and implement Psr\Log\LoggerInterface in your code.
