    REDUCE

    REDUCE

A Portable General-Purpose Computer Algebra System

REDUCE is an interactive system for general algebraic computations of interest to mathematicians, scientists and engineers. It can be used interactively for simple calculations but also provides a flexible and expressive user programming language. The development of the REDUCE computer algebra system was started in the 1960s by Anthony C. Hearn. Since then, many scientists from all over the world have contributed to its development. REDUCE has a long and distinguished place in the...

    PY-Nodes

Code for finding nodes in a material using first-principle approach.

PY-Nodes is a Python 3 based code designed for searching nodes (bands-degenerate points) associated with two or more bands in a given material using the first-principle approach. This code is helpful in efficient searching of the nodes present in the topological semimetals such as- Weyl semimetals, Dirac semimetals & nodal-line semimetals. The code is presently interfaced with the WIEN2k package. The algorithm of the code is based on the Nelder-Mead’s function-minimization approach. The code minimizes the function f(k), which is defined as sum of the absolute energy difference of the adjacent pairs of bands at a given k-point. ...

    PC1Dmod

    PC1Dmod

PC1Dmod is an updated version of the solar cell simulator PC1D

PC1Dmod is an updated version of the popular solar cell simulation tool PC1D: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pc1d/ PC1Dmod extends PC1D by (i) including Fermi–Dirac statistics, which can be relevant in regions of high doping, and (ii) adding advanced c-Si models for Auger recombination, band-gap narrowing, carrier mobility, band structure and more. On this page you can now download the executables with all necessary extra files and documentation (now set as the default download), as well as the source code. ...

    cmd-PC1D 6.0

cmd-PC1D is an updated, command-line version of PC1D

cmd-PC1D 5.9 is a command-line version of the popular solar cell simulation tool PC1D: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pc1d/ cmd-PC1D 6.0 extends PC1D by (i) including Fermi–Dirac statistics, which can be relevant in regions of high doping, and (ii) adding state-of-the-art models for c-Si models. cmd-PC1D adds flexibility through implementing the calculations in a scripting environment. The source code for later versions with more updates on the device physics can be found in the PC1Dmod page (version 6.2 can be compiled both as the command line and GUI version): https://sourceforge.net/projects/pc1dmod/ The executables and some documentation can can be downloaded from PV Lighthouse: https://www2.pvlighthouse.com.au/resources/PC1D/PC1Dmod6/PC1Dmod6.aspx Authors: Halvard Haug and Birger Retterstøl Olaisen Institute for Energy Technology, Kjeller, Norway
