...However, assemblies obtained using current whole genome assemblers are often fragmented and sometimes have issues of genome completeness owing to different data characteristics introduced by multiplexed sequencing. With iCAS the data filtering process is based on a novel kmer frequency algorithm, resulting in near perfect pre-assembly reads. Contigs are generated using different assembly algorithms and then merged together to achieve longer continuity. Re-aligning all the reads back to the draft contigs and recalibrating each sequence base achieves a final consensus. Using finished clones for QC, the pipeline is able to obtain assemblies with clone coverage of 99.7% and consensus base quality of Q39. ... -

This enhanced version of the existing 2D ITU channel model provides elevation related statistics in addition to the azimuth plane. The modified LSPs statistics are based on 3D ray tracer tool ( Smart Internet lab-Bristol University) and covers range of frequency (600 MHz, 2400 MHz and 5900 MHz) bands and environments (urban and rural). Brainwave Entrainment is the practice of using sounds, visual stimuli or even electromagnetic fields to alter the frequency of brainwaves. It can be done for several reasons: people with insomnia can take great benefit from it, but it can also be used to improve your attention span, and even simulate the effects of some recreational drugs. The effect is not permanent, and fades away in less than a minute after the stimuli is removed. Isochronic tones are a commonly used aural stimuli for Brainwave Entrainment, consisting of short pulses of a sine wave, varying in frequency.
