OCF resource agent for managing SCST Qlogic Fibrechannel MPIO targets

...You can utilize 1 up to 255 HBAs for multipathing. The RA will create NPIV targets, initiator groups and export luns as configured and allows you to failover everything to another cluster node. The goal of the project is to get a resource agent which is reasonably fast, reconfigurable at runtime, and can be completely configured with the cluster manager to run multiple instances in the cluster.

  • PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime Icon
PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime

Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.

Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.

    ext2 info hiding mod

    Information Hiding Modification for EXT2

This modification of the ext2 kernel module allows to create files (cover files) whose block arrangement gets manipulated to represent a binary code, which can be extracted later. The information hiding approach used in this project was introduced by Khan et. al in 'Designing a cluster-based covert channel to evade disk investigation and forensics' (1st approach). Algorithm: When a cover file is written, an even blocknr. (for the 1st datablock) is choosen to represent a 0 or an odd blocknr. to represent an 1. For the remaining blocks of the cover file till the end of the code is reached, an adjacent blocknr. represents the same bit as the previous one and a non-adjacent blocknr. ...

    dna-bison

Bisulfite alignment On Nodes of a cluster

Bison allows users with access to a computer cluster to rapidly align whole-genome bisulfite sequencing or RRBS reads. It can align both directional and non-directional libraries and uses bowtie2. Multiple compute nodes are not absolutely required, but will make the alignment process faster. Further details available on the Wiki page. Help also available on SEQanswers (http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?

    HDFSFileTransfer

File transfer from local FS to HDFS

...It allows users to transfer files: - within the same physical machine - from local file system (linux) into HDFS - between two physical machines - copy files from local file system (linux) with HDFS cluster installed to another HDFS cluster. Sample - one can have two single clustered Hadoop instances installed on two different linux machines. The script can copy files from one linux machine with Hadoop installed onto the other one. For further reference, read "Documentation of HDFSFileTransferByDK.pdf" available at the download section.

    piv_clustering

    piv_clustering

structural clustering of atomic trajectories based on PIV

This program allows to perform a structural cluster analysis of atomic trajectories obtained, e.g., from molecular dynamics simulations. At variance with other approaches, it is possible to analyse also processes in solution, e.g., chemical reactions in liquid water, since the distance metric is based on a Permutation Invariant Vector (PIV) that is symmetric under exchange of identical atoms or molecules, including on the same footing both solute and solvent degrees of freedom. ...

    Octree Method For Particles

simulation of particles using an oct-tree

...I realized that simulating a very large number of particles in e.g. electromagnetic sims can run into growing i/o demands. This is a way to overcome that hurdle. the low-level "octets" can be distributed among a cluster of computers, organized in a grid. they don't have to send each other their whole dataset - only a zoomed out image of it. the further away, the more zoomed out. thus, i/o traffic is greatly reduced. combine this with the fact that it's an O(N) algorithm, and what you get is an accurate particle-based physics simulator whose simulation speed scales with the number of particles per compute unit even for VERY large particle counts and VERY large computing arrays. ...

    Hrothgar Parallel LM/MCMC Minimizer

A versatile MCMC and downhill optimization engine

Hrothgar is a parallel minimizer and Markov Chain Monte Carlo generator by Andisheh Mahdavi of San Francisco State University. It has been used to solve optimization problems in astrophysics (galaxy cluster mass profiles) as well as in experimental particle physics (hadronic tau decays). It is probably adaptable enough to be applied to your merit function if you can write it in C.

    C.H.A.O.S. Linux

    C.H.A.O.S. Linux

C.H.A.O.S. is a Linux distro made for clusters.

C.H.A.O.S. Linux is a distribution based on the Arch Linux operating system. It's a cluster oriented OS that does not providea graphical environment. Being based on standard Arch releases, this distro supports both i686 and x86_64 architectures. C.H.A.O.S. was created with a fixed main purpose: let admins get their cluster running in almost no time; despite having to manually install it on every node, the built-in textual installer will automate most of the process. ...
