    Fluid Gravity 3way

there are 3 observers to every curve, each seeing the other 2

I recently dug up some of my old simulations after to my surprise 3SAT and a theoretical expansion of boltzmann statistics reminded me I already simulated something like that but I didnt know how good a simulation it was. Check how the varying density and shape of electron clouds and soliton-like or fluid drop like blobs of field gradually start to point outward and get thinner, like a soliton is bell curve shaped as seen from outside. More importantly, compare the 2 halfs of electron cloud...

    libsharp

Library for spherical harmonic transforms (SHT)

NOTE: as of April 24, 2015, libsharp development has moved to Github (https://github.com/dagss/libsharp). Libsharp is a collection of algorithms for efficient conversion between maps on the sphere and their spherical harmonic coefficients. It supports a wide range of pixelisations (including HEALPix, GLESP, and ECP). This library is a successor of libpsht (http://sourceforge.net/projects/libpsht). A scientific overview over the functionality is given in the paper available at http://arxiv.org/abs/1303.4945.

    Scvip

    Source Code Visual Interpretation Program

...All the code is converted into a 3D model, something like solar system. "Planets" of that system are objects from the source code. For example, the class A and its function A::F() are represented by a cube and a sphere rotating around it, these objects are textured with a source code of the class A and function A::F(). Currently Scvip supports only C++ source code. This version of Scvip requiers MS Windows 2k or later. Soon there will be cross-platform version. For now *nix users may use Wine.

    Bio.B-Gen

    Bio.B-Gen

Initial system (box) generator for biological molecular simulations

..."Bio.B-Gen" depends on the GROMACS topology and force field information (.top and .itp data files) during the generation stage. "Bio.B-Gen" adds specified number of copies of a molecule to an existing configuration to a specified spacial domain inside the system, such as a sphere, cube, spherical shell, layer, etc. Then, optionally, "Bio.B-Gen" resolves overlaps between molecules in the system and saves the new molecular configuration. By running "Bio.B-Gen" multiple times for different molecular species and spacial domains quite complex initial systems can be generated. After the system is generated and all the overlaps are resolved an short GROMACS simulation run (10-20 ps) is usually required to ensure proper relaxation of the system.

    Simbuca
SIMBUCA (before called Simonion) is a simulation package that simulates the motion of charged particles under the influence of Electric and/or Magnetic fields. What makes Simbuca unique is that you can choose to calculate the Coulomb interaction between ions on a Graphics cards which is much faster than calculating this on the conventional CPU (reducing the simulation time from years to days). Therefore Simbuca has been applied in various projects which required to understand the...

    TurboSphere

    TurboSphere

TurboSphere is an easy to learn and powerful JS based game engine.

...Other, script based map engines are possible, and several have been implemented for TurboSphere's predecessor, Sphere (like the Majestic Map Engine (http://spheredev.org/smforums/index.php?topic=4496.0)). TurboSphere is largely compatible with the Sphere RPG engine, the main API change is the replacement of object creating functions with proper JavaScript constructors. This means that there are several completed games already made that work with TurboSphere, requiring only a small set of compatibility scripts to function in TurboSphere.

    EmulMultiFit

Simultaneously fit SAS data with polydisperse core-shell-shell spheres

Keywords: -simultaneously fit several SAXS and SANS data sets with polydisperse (Schultz-Zimm or Gaussian distribution f(R)) spherical core-shell-shell nanoparticles -analytical expressions are used for from factor F(Q) and its integral over f(R), no numerical integration required -absolute units -Mathematica is required via console (MathKernel) -Mathematica's local and global optimizers (simulated annealing, differential evolution, Nelder-Mead, ...) can be used -range for fit parameters and further constraints between fit parameters are possible -Monodisperse(!) hard sphere structure factor can be used, too -long computation times (depending on problem size and amount of constraints) from hours to a few days are possible -non-parallelized code

    sphereGL

    sphereGL

    Stroop test using OpenGL

...The project has been completed using C++, however for this version it will use java to make it easier to use.The task involves letting the subject know that he must select a particular colored and shaped object. However, the instruction will be written in a different color than the requested selection. So if the prompt says "Green Sphere" the color of the wording will bee any color other than "green". Then, using OpenGL, many objects are drawn on a blank canvas along with the requested selection object. The selection object will be one of its kind so the user has to find it and select it. During this search the time it takes the subject to find the object is recorded. ...

    Black Hole Cortex

Sphere surface layers of visual cortex approach maximum info density

Near the surface (even horizon) of a black hole, there is maximum information density in units of squared plancks (and some translation to qubits). Similarly, our imagination is the set of all possible things we can draw onto our most dense layer of visual cortex in electricity patterns. Bigger layers have more neurons to handle those possibilities. A Black Hole Cortex is a kind of visual cortex that has density of neuron layers similar to density at various radius from a black hole. What we...

    LEDSphereMK2

    3D LED Sphere - MK2

Possibly the final build of my LED Sphere project. The sphere is composed of nine slices, each of which has one or several concentric circles of LEDs on its surface. The slices are laid out vertically, offset from each other roughly one inch with standoffs between each layer which from a short distance will appear spherical in shape. Current layout contains 766 total LEDs to obtain good animation resolution.

    Euclid's Lattice

Simulates non-Euclidean spaces with multidimensional meshes.

Distributes points in n dimensional space, within some constraint or according to some function, then attempts to connect them into an m dimensional mesh (eg., a 3-sphere, which has a 3 dimensional surface, or more exotic things like a Klein bottle and its higher dimensional analogs). Upon success, one can then place and maneuver cameras on the surface of the mesh, their vision restricted to said surface.
