Poppler Win32 are pre-built binaries of the Poppler library, it includes libpoppler.dll.a and libpoppler-qt5.dll.a. We made these pre-built binaries since building Poppler (Especially with Qt5 support) is hard and not fully supported on Microsoft Windows. Poppler Win32 was tested using Qt 5.2.1 and Mingw32.
