IK Analyzer is an open source, lightweight Chinese word segmentation toolkit developed based on java language. Since the release of version 1.0 in December 2006, IKAnalyzer has launched 4 major versions. Initially, it was a Chinese word segmentation component based on the open source project Luence as the main application, combined with dictionary word segmentation and grammar analysis algorithms. Starting from version 3.0, IK has developed into a common word segmentation component for Java, independent of the Lucene project, and at the same time provides a default optimized implementation of Lucene. In the 2012 version, IK implemented a simple word segmentation ambiguity elimination algorithm, marking the evolution of the IK tokenizer from pure dictionary word segmentation to analog semantic word segmentation. -

FLTR (Foreign Language Text Reader) helps you do both extensive and intensive reading as part of your foreign language acquisition in an easy and pleasant way. While reading, you look up unknown words in web dictionaries (online) or locally installed dictionary applications, save vocabulary terms with translations, and track your learning progress. HandyVok besitzt kein eigenes Wörterbuch. Wenn Sie also Vokabeln lernen möchten, so müssen Sie diese in HandyVok eingeben oder von einer externen Quelle übertragen. Das Übertragen und Verwalten der Vokabeln kann mit Hilfe der Software ListVok bequem erledigt werden. In ListVok können Vokabeln von Hand eingegeben werden. Es können aber auch Vokabeln von anderen Quellen, wie zum Beispiel Vokabellernprogramme, eingelesen werden. Diese Vokabeln können dann auf HandyVok übertragen werden. Программа для заучивания английских (хотя по большому счету ей без разницы) слов. Постоянно показывает на экране английское слово и его перевод, при показе слова может воспроизвести его произношение при наличии аудиофайла. Транскрипцию слова и аудиофайл берет из словаря в dsl формате (протестировано с Longman Pronunciation Dictionary). Написана на Java, платформа безразлична. Поэтому и писалась, т.к. для UNIX like систем такой программы мною было не найдено. -

It allows you to get subtitles with furigana and in-line translation, in several formats suitable for both video rendering and self-study Timing for the Japanese subtitles is used, the secondary subtitles may be repeated into multiple lines. The synchronization of input text subtitles is very important to properly associate them. The Japanese to English Dictionary is written in java, and so will require that you have the JRE installed prior to its installation & use. It is a hobbyist project of mine intended to address my admittedly narrow needs, and so will fall short of yours. If you have any suggestions for improvements, please let me know! This open source application would not be possible without the Japanese-English dictionary and kanji files assembled by Jim Breen; it would also have taken a great deal more effort without the BaseX API and the izPack installer. Currently only works for Windows, and is not yet fully tested. If you encounter problems, please report them. -
