This projects aim is to bring a range of linux distros to your android device through a method known as 'chroot', see it has running a linux distro within a virtual machine on your phone. You can access this virtual machine and run it on your phone without causing any damage to your device, or having to overwrite anything. Why might you want this? well my apps are designed to make the install and set up process as easy as possible (more so in the paid apps) while still giving you some flexibility. Once you have the distro up and running then you can pretty much run and install any linux software you like (so long as there is a arm port or it is not architecturaly dependent). -

Generate UML diagram from textual description. PlantUML is not affected by the log4j vulnerability. The easiest way to test PlantUML is in an online solution that has PlantUML embedded, such as our online server. After testing, you may want to install PlantUML locally. Run (or have your software call) PlantUML, using sequenceDiagram.txt as input. The output is an image, which either appears in the other software, or is written to an image file on disk. Diagrams are defined using a simple and intuitive language. (see PlantUML Language Reference Guide). Images can be generated in PNG, in SVG or in LaTeX format. It is also possible to generate ASCII art diagrams (only for sequence diagrams). -

It supports registering, verifying, sending and receiving messages. signal-cli uses a patched libsignal-service-java, extracted from the Signal-Android source code. For registering you need a phone number where you can receive SMS or incoming calls. signal-cli is primarily intended to be used on servers to notify admins of important events. For this use-case, it has a daemon mode with D-BUS interface (man page) and JSON-RPC interface (documentation). For the JSON-RPC interface, there's also a simple example client, written in Rust. -

BlueMap is a program that reads your Minecraft world files and generates not only a map, but also 3D models of the whole surface. With the web app you then can look at those in your browser and basically view the world as if you were ingame! Or just look at it from far away to get an overview. BlueMap comes as a Spigot/Paper or Sponge Plugin, as a Fabric or Forge-Mod and you can also use BlueMap without any Server from the Command-Line as a standalone tool. If installed as a Plugin/Mod, BlueMap renders asynchronously to your MinecraftServer-Thread. This means at no time it will block your server thread directly. So as long as your CPU is not fully utilized, your server should not be slowed down while BlueMap is rendering. -

FastQC is a quality control analysis tool designed to spot potential problems in high throughput sequencing datasets. Its goal is to provide a simple way by which to check the quality of raw sequence data coming from high throughput sequencing pipelines. It does this by running a modular set of analyses on one or more raw sequence files in fastq or bam format. It then produces a report summarizing the results, and highlighting any areas where the library may appear unusual. This should then direct you to where your data may have problems and allow you to take necessary steps to correct it before doing any further analysis. FastQC is not tied to any specific type of sequencing technique, so it can be used to look at libraries of various experiment types (Genomic Sequencing, ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, BS-Seq etc etc). -
