Impro-Visor® is a music notation tool for producing monophonic lead sheets, specifically intended to help the improviser. Chord symbols are used to generate backing tracks automatically. Improvisation advice exists in the form of note coloration, database of licks, and automatic lick generation from grammars. Grammars can be learned automatically from transcriptions. Styles can be edited and created by the user. Other features include generation of roadmaps for understanding keys and idiomatic chord progressions, chord voicing keyboard, MIDI and MusicXML export. Geyser is an open-source proxy and protocol translation tool that enables cross-platform multiplayer between Minecraft: Java Edition servers and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition clients. The project works by translating network packets between the two different game protocols so that players using Bedrock Edition devices such as consoles, mobile phones, or Windows editions can connect to servers originally designed for Java Edition. By bridging the differences between the two platforms, Geyser allows server communities to unify players who would otherwise be separated by incompatible game editions. The software typically runs as a plugin, proxy, or standalone bridge and integrates with popular Java server platforms such as Spigot, Paper, or Velocity. -

Java WebSockets
A barebones WebSocket client and server implementation
This repository contains a barebones WebSocket server and client implementation written in 100% Java. The underlying classes are implemented java.nio, which allows for a non-blocking event-driven model (similar to the WebSocket API for web browsers). The org.java_websocket.server.WebSocketServer abstract class implements the server-side of the WebSocket Protocol. A WebSocket server by itself doesn't do anything except establish socket connections though HTTP. After that it's up to your subclass to add purpose. The org.java_websocket.client.WebSocketClient abstract class can connect to valid WebSocket servers. The constructor expects a valid ws:// or wss:// URI to connect to. Important events onOpen, onClose, onMessage and onError get fired throughout the life of the WebSocketClient, and must be implemented in your subclass. -

Planetiler (pla·nuh·tai·lr, formerly named "Flatmap") is a tool that generates Vector Tiles from geographic data sources like OpenStreetMap. Planetiler aims to be fast and memory-efficient so that you can build a map of the world in a few hours on a single machine without any external tools or database. Vector tiles contain raw point, line, and polygon geometries that clients like MapLibre can use to render custom maps in the browser, native apps, or on a server. Planetiler packages tiles into an MBTiles (SQLite) or PMTiles file that can be served using tools like TileServer GL or Martin or even queried directly from the browser. Planetiler works by mapping input elements to vector tile features, flattening them into a big list, and then sorting by tile ID to group them into tiles. -

MAME4droid (0.139u1) is developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco), port of MAME 0.139u1 emulator by Nicola Salmoria and TEAM. MAME4droid (0.139u1) emulates arcade games supported by original MAME 0.139u1. This MAME4droid version is targeted to Dual-Core devices, because it is based on a high specs 2010 PC MAME build. Anyway don't expect arcade games of the 90 to work at full speed. With some games that are really bad optimized (like outrun or mk series) you will need at least a 1.5 ghz dual-core device (Cortex A15). This is related to MAME build used, since it is targeted to high specs PC's as i said before. This version emulates over 8000 different romsets. FastQC
A quality control analysis tool for high throughput sequencing data
FastQC is a quality control analysis tool designed to spot potential problems in high throughput sequencing datasets. Its goal is to provide a simple way by which to check the quality of raw sequence data coming from high throughput sequencing pipelines. It does this by running a modular set of analyses on one or more raw sequence files in fastq or bam format. It then produces a report summarizing the results, and highlighting any areas where the library may appear unusual. This should then direct you to where your data may have problems and allow you to take necessary steps to correct it before doing any further analysis. FastQC is not tied to any specific type of sequencing technique, so it can be used to look at libraries of various experiment types (Genomic Sequencing, ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, BS-Seq etc etc). -
