    GraphicsFuzz

A testing framework for automatically finding and simplifying bugs

GraphicsFuzz is a framework developed by Google for testing and fuzzing graphics drivers using automatically generated GLSL shaders. It helps identify security vulnerabilities, driver crashes, and rendering inconsistencies in OpenGL and Vulkan drivers by feeding them randomized but valid shader programs. Originally developed through academic research, GraphicsFuzz automates the process of minimizing and analyzing problematic shaders, helping hardware vendors and driver developers improve the...

    HSRA

Hadoop spliced read aligner for RNA-seq data

...This tool allows bioinformatics researchers to efficiently distribute their mapping tasks over the nodes of a cluster by combining a fast multithreaded spliced aligner (HISAT2) with Apache Hadoop, which is a distributed computing framework for scalable Big Data processing. HSRA currently supports single-end and paired-end read alignments from FASTQ/FASTA datasets. Moreover, our tool uses the Hadoop Sequence Parser (HSP) library (link above) to efficiently read the input datasets stored on the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), being able to process datasets compressed with Gzip and BZip2 codecs.

    Koopa (COBOL) Parser Generator
This project has moved to GitHub ! The version here at SourceForge will remain for historic purpose. Koopa is a parser generator, made for COBOL. It can handle source files in isolation (no preprocessing required) and doesn't mind the presence of CICS/SQL fragments. The grammar is easily extensible in a way which minimizes the impact on the overall code.

    JSON Iterator Java

    JSON Iterator Java

jsoniter (json-iterator) is fast and flexible JSON parser

jsoniter (json-iterator) is fast and flexible JSON parser available in Java and Go. A good deal of the code is ported from dsljson, and JSON parser. Traditional JSON parsers are slow. Jsoniter Java version could be 3x times faster than jackson/gson/fastjson. If you are doing a lot of log processing or number crunching, but stuck with JSON, you definitely need to consider dsl-json or Jsoniter to save the encoding/decoding cost.

XLSX parser for Java in 150 LOC

An extremely minimal parser for XLSX (Excel) files

I was unable to find a minimal XLSX (Excel) parser. The closest free option would be apache POI with about 8+ megabyte of JARs and features I don't need. The input is an XLSX file and the output is a Map<String,String[][]> with key of 'sheet name' and a String[][] of cell data. Dates are reformatted to dd/MM/yyyy (configurable in the code). The output of String[][] is to keep the interface compatible with CSV (eg.

    JRF

Java Remote File - RemoteInputStream and RemoteOutputStream.

JRF is a client/server application that allows to extend local storage to other computers running the JRF Server. It has been designed for ultra-simplicity, **not for security!** It does not request for authentication when accessing files on a remote server, nor does it prevent access to files or directories. It has been designed for already-secured networks (e.g. LANs or inside VPNs), where file-sharing setup is tedious (or impossible). Basic access configuration/restriction should be...

    fp4xml

    Feed Parser for XML

A feed parser allows the user to control fully the parsing process, in a streaming way: The user enters a buffer of raw, incomplete XML data and gets in turn a collection of parsed XML events. This iteration is repeated at the user's request. So, he decides when to stop. This allows the user to parse a small part of the XML (without reaching the end), or pre-process it before delivering it to a full validating parser.
