This freely available open-source software turns Wikipedia’s popular software engine MediaWiki into a fully-fledged enterprise wiki solution. Compared with basic MediaWiki, BlueSpice provides, amongst other, the following enhancements: comfortable and sophisticated rights management capabilities, a visual editor (WYSIWYG), easy image - and file upload, workflows. Further information with respect to the management and administration of your wiki: BlueSpice is free, open source und not subject to any restrictions with regards to the number of users. There are no licence fees or other additional costs, no matter how many employees are using the software. Existing content is not changed or lost when installing BlueSpice.

This VM is created for 2 reasons: 1. Very little initial setup work required to make WordPress live, within minutes. 2. Template Lite is a very fast, small HTML template engine written in PHP. The engine supports most of the Smarty2 template engine functions and filters. This template engine is no longer a Smarty Replacement. But is still similar to Smarty. The new TemplateLite3 is currently in the works and has a new parser and compiler structure along with a modified syntax. The new TemplateLite is not 100% backward compatible for the templates but, the usage from php should be. Version 2 will still receive bug fixes until v3 is production stable and out performs v2.

cpDetector is a proxy for codepage detection of documents. It delegates to multiple instances that try to detect the codepage by different techinques. A command line executeable is shipped that allows to sort documents by codepage.
