A Checkers game implementation in Java that is optimized for AI's. It includes a basic GUI and a trainer for learning AI's. This started as a Checkers program for a Checkers AI contest in the Stanford EPGY 2008 summer AI course.

MYRA is a collection of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms for the data mining classification task. It includes popular rule induction and decision tree induction algorithms. The algorithms are ready to be used from the command line or can be easily called from your own Java code. They are build using a modular architecture, so they can be easily extended to incorporate different procedures and/or use different parameter values. Spark is a physical simulation system. The primary purpose of this system is to provide a *generic* simulator for different kinds of simulations. In these simulations, agents can participate as external processes.

The JSparse Matrix Package, developed by Philipp Geigenmüller during an internship at the prudsys AG in Chemnitz, Germany, is an extension of the well-known Java Matrix Package (JAMA) and allows the use of sparse matrices and related algorithms.

KOBDIG stands for Knowledge, Obligations, Beliefs, Desires, Intentions, and Goals. The purpose of the KOBDIG project, which is still under construction, is to demonstrate the capabilities of an integrated framework for cognitive agents, based on possibility theory, that extends the BDI agent model. The framework enables an agent to form its beliefs about the world according to input provided by partially trusted sources and to generate its desires and goals based on its beliefs and on user-provided desire-generation rules. ILA stands for (kind of) intelligent, learning assistant and is a speech recognition system aka voice assistant very similar to Siri, Google Now and Cortana. ILA is fully customizable and you can teach her/him/it new things by yourself like executing system commands, opening web pages, programs and apps or just some basic conversation :-) ILA runs on Java und thus is compatible to Windows, Mac and Linux. It is designed to integrate with your home enviroment and for example build up your own, free and open Amazon Echo replacement ;-) Right now the key components of ILA are the open source speech recognition CMU Sphinx-4, Google (Speech Recognition/Text-To-Speech) and MaryTTS (Text-To-Speech). The goal is to make ILA completely free of Google by improving all aspects of the open source systems. Since version 3.3 users can also write own add-ons to extend ILA.
