Drill is an HTTP load-testing application written in Rust. The main goal for this project is to build a really lightweight tool as an alternative to other that require JVM and other stuff. You can write benchmark files, in YAML format, describing all the stuff you want to test. It was inspired by Ansible syntax because it is really easy to use and extend. As you can see, you can play with interpolations in different ways. This will let you specify a benchmark with different requests and dependencies between them. Right now, the easiest way to get drill is to go to the latest release page and download the binary file for your platform. OpenSSL is needed in order to compile Drill, whether it is through cargo install or when compiling from source with cargo build. -

Map server logic into a simple function: a single argument for the request, the response is the return value. Trivially mix and match synchronous and asynchronous processing. Flexibility to return a simple string or a byte stream with the same model. An adapter must handle all errors from the handler, including the handler returning a null response. It should print each error to the console if possible, then act as though the handler returned a 500 response. The adapter may include body data for the 500 response, but this body data must not include information about the error that occurred. This ensures that unexpected errors don't result in exposing internal information in production by default; if the user wants to return detailed error descriptions, they should explicitly include middleware to do so. -

An open source serveo/ngrok alternative. Builds are made automatically for each commit to the repo and are pushed to Dockerhub. Builds are tagged using a commit sha, branch name, tag, latest if released on main. Each release builds separate sish binaries that can be downloaded from here for various OS/archs. Feel free to either use the automated binaries or to build your own. If you submit a PR, images are not built by default and will require a retag from a maintainer to be built. You can also use Docker Compose to setup your sish instance. This includes taking care of SSL via Let's Encrypt for you. This uses the adferrand/dnsrobocert container to handle issuing wildcard certifications over DNS. SSH can normally forward local and remote ports. This service implements an SSH server that only handles forwarding and nothing else. The service supports multiplexing connections over HTTP/HTTPS with WebSocket support. -
