This library features a variety of blinken effects for the WS2811/WS2812/NeoPixel LEDs. It is meant to be a drop-in replacement for the Adafruit NeoPixel library with additional features. You can search for WS2812FX in the Arduino IDE Library Manager or install the latest (or development) version manually. More complex effects can be created by dividing your string of LEDs into segments (up to ten) and programming each segment independently. Use the segment() function to program each segment's mode, color, speed, and direction (normal or reverse). Note, some effects make use of more than one color (up to three) and are programmed by specifying an array of colors. Random color introduced alternating from start and end of strip. ESP8266 firmware for performing deauthentication attacks, with ease. Wi-PWN is a firmware that performs death attacks on cheap Arduino boards. The ESP8266 is a cheap microcontroller with built-in Wi-Fi. It contains a powerful 160 MHz processor and it can be programmed using Arduino. A deauthentication attack is often confused with Wi-Fi jamming, as they both block users from accessing Wi-Fi networks. The 802.11 Wi-Fi protocol contains a so-called deauthentication frame. It is used to disconnect clients safely from a wireless network. Because these management packets are unencrypted, you just need the MAC to address of the Wi-Fi router and of the client device which you want to disconnect from the network. You don’t need to be in the network or know the password, it’s enough to be in its range. With the 802.11w-2009 updated standards, management frames are encrypted by default. -

deej is an open-source hardware volume mixer for Windows and Linux PCs. It lets you use real-life sliders (like a DJ!) to seamlessly control the volumes of different apps (such as your music player, the game you're playing and your voice chat session) without having to stop what you're doing. Control your microphone's input level. Lightweight desktop client, consuming around 10MB of memory. Runs from your system tray. Helpful notifications to let you know if something isn't working. The sliders are connected to 5 (or as many as you like) analog pins on an Arduino Nano/Uno board. They're powered from the board's 5V output (see schematic). The board connects via a USB cable to the PC. The code running on the Arduino board is a C program constantly writing current slider values over its serial interface. The PC runs a lightweight Go client in the background. This client reads the serial stream and adjusts app volumes according to the given configuration file. -

We live in very exciting times 😃! BLDC motors are entering the hobby community more and more and many great projects have already emerged leveraging their far superior dynamics and power capabilities. BLDC motors have numerous advantages over regular DC motors but they have one big disadvantage, the complexity of control. Even though it has become relatively easy to design and manufacture PCBs and create our own hardware solutions for driving BLDC motors the proper low-cost solutions are yet to come. One of the reasons for this is the apparent complexity of writing the BLDC driving algorithms, Field oriented control (FOC) being an example of one of the most efficient ones. The solutions that can be found online are almost exclusively very specific for certain hardware configurations and the microcontroller architecture used. Additionally, most of the efforts at this moment are still channeled towards the high-power applications of the BLDC motors and proper low-cost FOC. -

The MongoDB supported driver for Go. The recommended way to get started using the MongoDB Go driver is by using go modules to install the dependency in your project. This can be done either by importing packages from go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver and having the build step install the dependency. When using a version of Go that does not support modules, the driver can be installed using dep. To get started with the driver, import the mongo package and create a mongo.Client with the Connect function. For more advanced configuration and authentication, see the documentation for mongo. To insert a document into a collection, first retrieve a Database and then Collection instance from the Client. The Collection instance can then be used to insert documents. The driver tests can be run against several database configurations. The most simple configuration is a standalone mongod with no auth, no ssl, and no compression. -
