Interactive visualization of DTI, HARDI and other complex imaging data
vIST/e is a C++ application that allows interactive visualization of various kinds of imaging datasets, both simple scalar data as well as complex high-dimensional data such as diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and high angular resolution imaging data (HARDI). vIST/e is based on VTK, Qt and is designed as a plugin system which allows it to be extended in a flexible way. vIST/e emerged from being the main research tool of Imaging Science and Technology Eindhoven (IST/e), a major imaging group Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands which brings together all university faculties involved in medical or industrial imaging. vIST/e source code is hosted at the SVN repository at TUDelft. PHP daemon to process 3d mesh algorithms
Primarily for use with the REVEAL web system this daemon polls a mysql database for 3d rendering requests. Currently the system will handle PMVS2 from U. Wash and Iray from Brown U. systems. Much of the code was ported from the osm-bundler system http://code.google.com/p/osm-bundler/ The daemon curently runs in win64/linux64 for PMVS and linux64 for Brown's Iray algroithm. The code has been tested and running on Ubuntu 11.10 -
