Netpbm2Gimp automatically compiles the unmodified source code of a Netpbm graphics program into a GIMP plug-in. The result looks and functions like any other GIMP plug-in although it takes much less effort to produce than a hand-coded GIMP plug-in.

...It includes a standard library of general-purpose widgets, and is also designed to be extended externally. New widgets can be implemented as part of an application or library. Complex user interface elements can be realized often in few lines of code. Agar is also extensible at the low-level. gablock is a Block Diagram creation tool. Block Diagrams are described in easy-to-write YAML files. These files are translated into the DOT language used by GraphViz. GraphViz is then called to produce a block diagram in any format GraphViz supports, such as PNG, JPEG, SVG, or PDF.

A few perl modules which can create xml files to run as movies on your 3D RGB LED Cube. The cubes internal firmware source code was not disclosed when i asked for it.
