    App Store Screenshots Generator

    App Store Screenshots Generator

End to end app store screenshot creation using AI

App Store Screenshots Generator project is an AI-assisted automation tool that generates production-ready App Store screenshots for iOS applications, focusing on marketing-quality visuals rather than raw UI captures. It works by guiding developers through a structured prompt process where they describe their app’s features, branding, and style preferences, and then automatically builds a screenshot generation system using a Next.js-based framework. The tool emphasizes persuasive design, treating screenshots as advertisements with strong copywriting and visual hierarchy rather than simple previews of functionality. It supports multiple device resolutions and exports assets in all required Apple formats, significantly reducing the manual effort typically involved in App Store submission preparation. The system also includes localization capabilities, enabling developers to create region-specific screenshot sets with translated copy and layout adjustments.

Countries, Languages & Continents data (capital and currency)

Continents & countries (with languages, capital and currency, native name, calling codes). Continents & countries: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, name, ISO 639-1 language, capital and currency, native name, calling codes. Lists are available in JSON, CSV and SQL formats. Also, contains separate JSON files with additional country Emoji flags data. This version changes a lot in the data structures and placement of the files. So, if your projects depend on the old structure — specify previous versions, <2.0.0. Country item languages field is an Array in JSON files to easily count and match items with a Language item. But currency and phone calling codes may be a comma-separated String. Languages list only contains languages used in Countries data. Full list of known languages is exported as languagesAll from ./dist/languages.all.json.

    Crunch

    Crunch

Insane(ly slow but wicked good) PNG image optimization

Crunch is an image compression tool for lossy PNG image file optimization. Using a combination of selective bit depth, color palette reduction and color type, as well as zopfli DEFLATE compression algorithm encoding that employs the pngquant and zopflipng PNG optimization tools, Crunch is effectively able to optimize and compress images with minimal decrease in image quality. While it may produce file size gains larger than those produced by lossless approaches, the impact on image quality is often imperceptible, and optimized file sizes are still significantly lower than the original.

Person removal from complex backgrounds over time. Removing people from complex backgrounds in real-time using TensorFlow.js in the web browser using JavaScript. This code attempts to learn over time the makeup of the background of a video such that I can attempt to remove any humans from the scene. This is all happening in real-time, in the browser, using TensorFlow.js. This is an experiment. It may not be perfect in all situations. Go ahead and try it right now in your own web browser. Feel free to use in your own projects. Code is released under Apache licence. If you decide to use my code please consider giving me a shout out! Would love to see what others create with it.

    Flint

    Flint

Actionscript 3 Particle Engine for Flash and Flex

Flint is an ActionScript 3 particle engine designed for creating rich particle effects in Flash and Flex applications, providing tools for animations like fire, smoke, and explosions. This first tutorial will introduce the basics of Flint through a project to create a snow effect. Our effect will be snow flakes drifting down the screen. Each snow flake will be a particle in our particle system. If you want to see the final effect, scroll to the bottom of the page. This tutorial works with version 4.0.0 of the Flint library. This example creates a 2D particle effect. For 3D particle effects the principles are the same but you use a 3D emitter and 3D behaviours. First create a new Flash file (Actionscript 3). Set the stage size to 500 pixels wide and 400 pixels high, set the frame rate to 30 fps and set the background color to black.

    GIF for CLI

    GIF for CLI

Takes in a GIF, short video, or a query to the Tenor GIF API

gif-for-cli is a small, playful utility that brings animated GIFs to the command line by rendering frames directly in a terminal. It takes an input GIF (or a URL) and converts each frame into a terminal-friendly representation, timing updates to approximate the original animation. Depending on terminal capabilities, it can use ANSI color blocks or image protocols to achieve surprisingly faithful playback. The tool includes conveniences such as looping control, scaling to fit your terminal, and caching to avoid repeated downloads. It’s useful for quick visual feedback, lightweight demos, or just adding some personality to scripts and readmes. Despite its whimsical nature, the project is a tight example of frame decoding, timing, and terminal rendering glued together in a single command.
