BDReader is intended to be a comfortable comics reader. As a main feature, BDReader includes an auto panels detection on comics pages. It allows you to display the panels (or squares) of a comic page individually, in the reading order. It also offers a Preview page option, allowing you to preview each page before reading into details the different panels of the page as well as a page thumbnails view. BDReader supports classic comic book formats: CBR, CBZ, PDF (...) as well as images archives and image folders. If you like reading comics on your computer and are fed up with zooming/dezooming all time to have the right reading size, give it a try ! A windowed / full-screen countdown timer. Colour and font size changes are used as warnings. Progress-bar gives a glance at the time stream. Three different modes are available: - time left; - time passed; - ordinary clock. When the time is over several possibilities are available: - to show the defined message; - to continue count the time; - to launch another application; - to close the count-down timer. Useful for speech, lecture or presentation timing. Colour / font / time limits can be changed using settings window and hot-keys. To change current time use the mouse wheel. By clicking on progress-bar, the timer mode is toggled.

Bento is a local-first presentation tool packaged as a single self-contained HTML file. Each deck carries its own viewer, presenter, editor, fonts, images, charts, animations, and document data. It opens in a modern browser without an account or installer and rewrites its own embedded data when saved. The document model remains readable as plain JSON, making files portable, inspectable, and directly editable by AI agents. Bento includes morph transitions, speaker view, comments, motion paths, PDF export, and built-in interactive charts. Optional collaboration uses end-to-end encryption and a CRDT so offline edits can merge while the relay stores only ciphertext. An offline mode blocks updates and collaboration, while signed self-updates create a new file and preserve the previous copy for rollback.

JSTx is used for displaying overlay graphics and text on top of a Philips television, changing channels, receiving remote control keys and changing television display modes. It is a command line utility to execute jointSPACE commands on a device that supports the jointSPACE protocol for Philips televisions (see http://jointspace.sourceforge.net for details on jointSPACE, which is based on DirectFB). It is used in various home automation/internet-of-things projects. There are three versions: 0.23 for 2009/2010 Philips televisions (xxx5 en xxx4 series), 0.24 for 2011-2012 televisions (xxx6-xxx7) and 0.24_2013 for 2013-2014 televisions (xxx8-xxx9 (only non-Android)). New Android sets (2014+) do not come with Jointspace and are not supported. It works on Linux operating systems. A Raspberry-Pi version is also available.
