Maya attacher plugin, creates a locator that sticks to a polygon face. Locator can be moved to any location on the face by using tensions. These can be imagined like rubber strings connecting the locator to the corners of the face. Subdiv iterations can be set, resulting in the locator moving along a catmull clark subdivided representation of the face, without having to subdivide the mesh.
