I have added a new exe file which is a bit improved. It's the same one that I put in "photo rotate". It can load lots of jpeg pictures. As before the program is To spin a picture so it spins around freely through 360 deg turns. This description is about the older version of my program. ...It can be used for all image formats supported by Gamecube and Wii hardware and can remove its typical artifacts like CMPR Block Compression (DXT1 algorithm, also known as BC1), color palette errors, color reduction up to 8bit color depth and 1bit alpha depth. I recommend chaiNNer, which offers a graphical user interface and is based on a node system that can be used to solve very simple as well as very complex tasks effectively by "chaining" nodes together. You get the best quality if you upscale the alpha channel separately. -

...Remarks for the DOS version: It is also a funny example of a game system almost fully in Ada, including sound driver, graphics driver, keyboard driver. The only things not in Ada there are the file system (MS-DOS), the 32-bit DOS extender (CWSDPMI) and the mouse driver. For running, I recommend DOSBox. In the Last version I added several functions including drawing, picture enhancement, color change, fill color etc. SOURCEFORGE marked one of my files as malware. This is false alarm, there is not any malware. I have not figure out yet why it is marked as malware. -
