C#ImgtoIco

Version one is a simple program that convert images to ico format. The program supports drag and drop.
In the Last version I added several functions including drawing, picture enhancement, color change, fill color etc.
SOURCEFORGE marked one of my files as malware. This is false alarm, there is not any malware. I have not figure out yet why it is marked as malware.
