Implementation of a TextView and all its direct/indirect subclasses with native support for the Roboto fonts, including the brand-new Roboto Slab fonts. This library is compatible from API 14 (Android 4.0). To apply roboto typeface for original TextView (like a Calligraphy) you must attach inflater in your Activity class in the #onCreate() method. If you intend to use is not all fonts, the extra fonts can be removed.

This converter is a tiny command-line utility to convert fonts from BDF file to other useful in programming formats (especially as include-files). Read example to understand utility usage.

Are you fed up of Custom Views to set fonts? Or traversing the ViewTree to find TextViews? Calligraphy is a library of custom fonts in Android an OK way. Add your custom fonts to assets/. All font definitions are relative to this path. Assuming that you are using Gradle you should create the assets directory under src/main/ in your project directory if it does not already exist. As it's popular to use multi-project build with Gradle the path is usually app/src/main/assets/, where app is the project name. You might consider creating a fonts/ subdirectory in the assets directory. Define your default font using CalligraphyConfig, in your Application class in the #onCreate() method and pass it to the CalligraphyInterceptor that you add to your ViewPump builder. You don't need to define CalligraphyConfig but the library will apply no default font and use the default attribute of R.attr.fontPath.

A pretty sweet 4px wide pixel font. I never found the pixel font that was perfect for me, so I decided to roll my own with creep. It is a pretty compact (only 4px wide!) font that's great for smaller screens (like my 11" laptop). I'm constantly adding in new characters (diacritics, box-drawing characters, etc.), so I figured I'd put it up on GitHub for people to reap benefits of this. I also recently added some nice Haskell features (that can be used in other languages too)! Creep has most of the basic box drawing characters implemented. Therefore creep usually works with most ncurses-type programs or with tmux window-splitting for example. Creep supports all the symbols needed for Lokaltog's awesome powerline plugin for vim. Creep has the necessary symbols for creating sparklines. This is cool for tools like rainbarf and others. I've added support for a better-looking Haskell syntax. Take a look at the Haskell wiki page to get an idea of how it looks and how to use it in vim.

Devicon is a set of icons representing programming languages, designing, and development tools. You can use it as a font or directly copy/paste the SVG code into your project. Devicon aims to gather all logos representing development languages and tools. Each icon comes in several versions: font/SVG, original/plain/line, colored/not colored, wordmark/no wordmark. Devicon has 150+ icons. And it's growing! Open icomoon.io and import icomoon.json. Choose yes when being asked if you would like to restore the settings stored in the configuration file. Fira Sans is a Mozilla's new typeface, used in Firefox OS. Use this font on your website! Further information on the design and specifications of the Fira typeface can be found at Carrois Studio. Fira can also be found in these foundries, 1001 Fonts, Adobe Typekit, Google Fonts, and Font Squirrel.

These fonts are intended as a system font replacement on Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra. If you are looking for a Fira Sans for Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, please use the old release 4.106.1. The fonts are based on version 4.106 of the Fira Sans font family by Erik Spiekermann and Ralph du Carrois, and are licensed under the Open Font License version 1.1 or later. This package has been prepared by Jens Kutilek. Download and unzip the installer file from the Releases section. Right-click Fira System Fonts.pkg and choose "Open" from the context menu. In the alert about the package coming from an unidentified developer, click "Open" again. Follow the instructions in the installer and restart your computer when the installation process has finished. It is recommended to shut down, turn off, and restart your computer to finish the installation of the fonts. A simple reboot may lead to garbled dialogs, so a complete shutdown is highly recommended.

You can incrementally search for Font Awesome icons and paste it to front most app. Download Font-Awesome.alfredworkflow and import to Alfred (requires Powerpack). The current supported version is Font Awesome 5.15.3 Free. macOS Catalina refuses to run unsigned binaries by default. Turn off "Automatically paste to front most app" in Workflow's Preferences. Paste character name and ligatures shoud convert the letter into the correct symbol. (for designing in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) Paste character code (e.g. f18e) Open in browser.

The newest member of the Haiku family is a font manager. I have a lot of font packages on my repo. Some of those are just drop-in replacements for Arial, Courier, and Times New Roman. I'm not interested in those. If you need those fonts, you will install them and leave them in place. Fontmonkey will also not touch the standard Haiku fonts. No, it's the fancy font for a poster or a flyer that concerns me here. Typically you use those once, and then they just take up space on the HD and clutter up the Fonts menu of your text editor. FontMonkey is a specialized package manager just for those fonts. Pick a font, install it and when you are done, remove it again, all via the Haiku package management setup. Obviously it has a preview facility. The initial release supports thirty fonts from my repo. As I make new font packages (and there are a lot of those lined up!), I will add them to FontMonkey.
