Abbrevia is a compression toolkit for Delphi, C++Builder, Kylix, and Free Pascal. `archivemail' is a tool written in python for archiving and compressing old email in mailboxes. It can move messages that are older that the specified number of days to a mbox-format mailbox compressed with gzip, or optionally just delete old email.

BALZ is a command-line file compressor with a high compression ratio and fast decompression.

ARC is used to create and maintain file archives. An archive is a group of files collected together into one file in such a way that the individual files may be recovered intact. This repo is obsolete. Use github.com/hyc/arc instead.
