Ente is a fully open-source, end‑to‑end encrypted cloud platform designed for securely storing and managing your photos, videos, and 2FA secrets — without needing to trust the service provider. It includes cross‑platform clients and a CLI for self‑hosting needs. Ente is a service that provides a fully open source, end-to-end encrypted platform for you to store your data in the cloud without needing to trust the service provider. On top of this platform, we have built two apps so far: Ente Photos (an alternative to Apple and Google Photos) and Ente Auth (a 2FA alternative to the deprecated Authy). This monorepo contains all our source code - the client apps (iOS / Android / F-Droid / Web / Linux / macOS / Windows) for both the products (and more planned future ones!), and the server that powers them. -

Shadowsocks-libev is a lightweight secured SOCKS5 proxy for embedded devices and low-end boxes. Shadowsocks-libev is written in pure C and depends on libev. It's designed to be a lightweight implementation of shadowsocks protocol, in order to keep the resource usage as low as possible. Snap is the recommended way to install the latest binaries. You can build shadowsocks-libev and all its dependencies by script. The latest shadowsocks-libev has provided a redir mode. You can configure your Linux-based box or router to proxy all TCP traffic transparently, which is handy if you use an OpenWRT-powered router. Although shadowsocks-libev can handle thousands of concurrent connections nicely, we still recommend setting up your server's firewall rules to limit connections from each user. We strongly encourage you to install shadowsocks-libev from jessie-backports-sloppy. -

dCrypt - Android Encryption Decryption
An Android application for encryption and decryption
It is a simple android application for encryption and decryption of files using passphrase. Supported API levels are in the range 10 (min) and 17 (max). To encrypt a file, what you need is to share the file to "DCrypt" and enter a passphrase. To decrypt the file, you have to share the encrypted file to the application and enter the passphrase. Obviously the passphrase for encryption and decryption should be the same. Note that the file shredding is disabled by default. That means the original file won't be deleted even if you encrypt it. To enable file shredding, go to Settings-> Enable Shredding. Emojis of Death is a down and dirty browser app, written in HTML. It's HTML, so it will work on anything a web browser can run on. It's purpose is to hide text strings in emojis, which you can then text or email. An encoded emoji can hold quite a bit of text. The receiver will need Emojis of Death as well, to decode the emoji. The file's small size makes it perfect for your phone. Some email and text services don't work with this, so try it.

VaultKeepR is a decentralized, open-source password manager where everything is encrypted client-side using XChaCha20-Poly1305 and Argon2id before leaving your device. Unlike most alternatives, it encrypts metadata too -- device names, sync data, and beneficiary info never exist in plaintext on any server. Vault data is stored on IPFS (content-addressed, no central database). Cross-device sync uses encrypted CRDTs (Automerge) with no server involved in the merge. Vault recovery is handled via Shamir Secret Sharing (3-of-5). Unique features include on-chain digital inheritance via smart contracts on Base L2 (gasless, ERC-4337), built-in TOTP authenticator, breach monitoring via HIBP k-anonymity, encrypted document vault with NFC scanning, and email alias generation.
