    Locale Emulator

    Locale Emulator

Yet another system region and language simulator

Locale Emulator is a tool similar to AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder.

    ProjectPSX

    ProjectPSX

    Experimental C# Playstation Emulator

ProjectPSX is an experimental PlayStation 1 emulator written entirely in C# that focuses on learning and exploring console hardware through a clean and dependency-free implementation. The project emulates key components of the PS1 architecture, including the MIPS R3000A CPU, GPU, DMA controller, and CD-ROM subsystem, all interconnected through a custom bus system. Unlike production-grade emulators, ProjectPSX is intentionally designed as a transparent and educational codebase, prioritizing simplicity and readability over full compatibility or performance optimization. It includes a software-based rasterizer for rendering 3D graphics and supports features such as memory cards, basic BIOS functionality, and controller input mapping. The emulator can run many commercial games to varying degrees, although timing inaccuracies and missing features can still cause instability.

    V.Dream

    V.Dream

V.Smile emulator written in C, C# and XAML

V.Dream is a V.Smile emulator developed by Néo Foderé de Frutos under the FODSOFT™ brand and written in C, C#, and XAML. The V.Dream core is based on V.Frown, an emulator originally developed by Ian (Schnert0) and other contributors. With V.Dream, you can play and relive the games from your childhood or discover them for the first time, develop your own software with instructions for the emulated hardware, among other features. It should be noted that neither FODSOFT™ nor V.Dream provide ROMs or any other means that facilitate piracy; the only thing FODSOFT™ offers is software that simulates the hardware of that era so the games can run on modern devices. V.Dream is an independent project of FODSOFT™ and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to VTech® or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. V.DREAM DOES NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS. © 2025 FODSOFT™. Néo Foderé de Frutos. All rights reserved.

Programming tools for emulator of eight bit computer ORAO

Smederevo, 05, august 2018 Long time ago, about 1986 I have become proud owner of eight bit computer ORAO based on MOS 6502 processor. It was first and for me the best home computer at that time. My whole knowledge of computer programming begins with that computer. Recently for some unknown reason I have become interested in old eight bit computers again. After short search on the Internet I have found emulator of my favorite computer. It literally emulates every peace of hardware installed in real computer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orao_%28computer%29 Unfortunately programming on emulator is also not so easy as it was on real computer, considering today modern tools. There are some external tools that enables writing program code in external text processor, and converting it to document acceptable by emulator. So I have came to an idea to write a small and simple program that will enable easier programming and exporting program code to format recognizable by emulator.

    "Slow CPU" Emulator

    "Slow CPU" Emulator

Slows down any given Windows process (written in C#)

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code. Credit would be nice, but definitely not required. I am not responsible for any undesired or unintended effects that may (most probably won't) come up as a result of using the application.
