Export data from "binary" to "data" .csv from TMS compatible loggers
...If some data has been not correctly exported using the TOMST Lolly software, this script will be able to recover all the data saved in the "binary" .csv file and save it as a "data" .csv file. Simply select all the "binary" files you want to export the information from and the data will be exported to corresponding "data" .csv files. Tested on a handful "binary" .csv files from 91, 92 and 94-type TMS loggers. -

FEM allows users to create fuzzy functional groups for use in ecology.
...FEM clusters n-dimensional matrices of functional traits (ecospace matrices – here called the Training Matrix) into functional groups and converts them into fuzzy functional groups using fuzzy discriminant analysis (Lin and Chen 2004 – see main text for more information). Following this, FEM classifies the functional entities from a second matrix (the Test Matrix) into the groups made using the Training Matrix, generating fuzzy membership values for each unit in the Test Matrix. Tag images using various categories and modifiers
...Users are able to load a series of Images into a session and add tags on objects on these images within previously defined categories and modifiers. Upon ending the session, result files are produced including (if provided by the EXIF data) the gps information for each Picture, the number of objects in each category and a detailed result file that describes each individual object.
