...If some data has been not correctly exported using the TOMST Lolly software, this script will be able to recover all the data saved in the "binary" .csv file and save it as a "data" .csv file. Simply select all the "binary" files you want to export the information from and the data will be exported to corresponding "data" .csv files. Tested on a handful "binary" .csv files from 91, 92 and 94-type TMS loggers. -

FEM allows users to create fuzzy functional groups for use in ecology.

R script to run several clustering algorithms using morphometric data
...The aim is to identify (cryptic) taxa based on numeric data on morphology. The first step is a Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) based on subunits (ant nests) independent of any taxon information. Following analysis are Non-Metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMDS) and k-Means clustering. The NMDS scores are also summarized using K-Means. For comparison, k-Means is also run on the nest means (without preceeding LDA). Cluster assignment is summarized in an output file for all three methods. -
