RISC-V BOOM
SonicBOOM: The Berkeley Out-of-Order Machine
The riscv-boom project (also called BOOM or SonicBOOM) implements a high-performance, synthesizable out-of-order RISC-V core written in the Chisel hardware construction language. It targets the RV64GC (i.e. 64-bit with general + compressed + floating point) instruction set and supports features such as virtual memory, caches, atomics, and IEEE-754 floating point. The design is parameterizable, meaning users can tune pipeline widths, buffer sizes, functional units, and other microarchitectural knobs to explore tradeoffs. It is capable of booting Linux and running standard benchmarks, and its performance (measured in CoreMarks/MHz) is competitive with commercial cores. The project is intended primarily for hardware/architecture research and teaching, rather than production silicon, and typically is used in conjunction with SoC frameworks (for example via Chipyard) to integrate BOOM into larger systems. -

This is a tool that can convert any image into a pure CSS image. I also made a per-pixel animation experiment using the box-shadow idea, see morphin. Pure CSS, this output was created by resizing and setting each pixel as a box shadow of a single-pixel div, so no IMG tag or background image is needed. This can result in huge outputs, and the use of this output is not recommended for production unless there is no other option. Base64, the entire image file is embedded inside the <img> tag using base64, so no need for external hosting is needed. -

A neutral new tab page accented with a chosen color. Customize the layout, style, background and bookmarks with nightTab. Make the browser start page dark (or light, or anything in between). Do not access user information. This means nightTab will not request browser permissions. Aim to make everything on the user interface, within reason, customizable. Aim to make the user experience easy while supporting the above. Keep nightTab open source. Sharing the look and feel of one Bookmark to another can be achieved when editing a single Bookmark. The Bookmark edit modal has three options to copy settings to other Bookmarks. These checkboxes can be found at the bottom of the Visual & Name, Layout and Theme tab. Development and testing is only conducted on Chrome and Firefox. The performance and reliability of nightTab on other browsers is out of the scope of this project. -

It supports many different color formats and color spaces like RGB (sRGB), HSL, CIELAB, CIELCh as well as ANSI 8-bit and 24-bit representations. pastel provides a number of commands like saturate, mix or paint. To get more information about a specific subcommand (say mix), you can call pastel mix -h or pastel help mix. Many pastel commands can be composed by piping the output of one command to another. You can also explicitly specify which colors you want to read from the input. -

Since its inception during the Neovim 0.5 era, the landscape of plugin management and semantic versioning has not been widely adopted; hence, we have made every effort to maintain backward compatibility with each release. A tab page in vim holds one or more windows(not buffers). You can easily switch between tab pages to have several collections of windows to work on different things. Tabline can help you use multiple tabs. Meanwhile, the bufferline is simply an array of opened files. As a result, Bufferline limits the power of vim, especially when editing a large workspace with many opened files.
