Bot Framework Emulator is a desktop application that allows bot developers to test and debug bots, either locally or remotely. Using the Emulator, you can chat with your bot and inspect the messages that your bot sends and receives. The Emulator displays messages as they would appear in a web chat UI and logs JSON requests and responses as you exchange messages with your bot. Before you deploy your bot to the cloud, run it locally and test it using the Emulator. You can test your bot using the Emulator even if you haven't yet created it with Azure Bot Service or configured it to run on any channels. Before connecting your bot to the Bot Framework Emulator, you need to run your bot locally. You can use Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code to run your bot, or use the command line. iOS WebKit Debug Proxy
A DevTools proxy for iOS devices
The ios_webkit_debug_proxy (aka iwdp) proxies requests from usbmuxd daemon over a websocket connection, allowing developers to send commands to MobileSafari and UIWebViews on real and simulated iOS devices. iOS WebKit Debug Proxy works on Linux, MacOS & Windows. The iOS Simulator is supported, but it must be started before the proxy. The simulator can be started in XCode, standalone, or via the command line. ios_webkit_debug_proxy can be used with many tools such as Chrome DevTools and Safari Web Inspector. To use Chrome DevTools it's the recommendation to use the RemoteDebug/remotedebug-ios-webkit-adapter project, which has instructions on how to setup Chrome to remote debug iOS devices, much similar to Android debugging. You can use Safari Web Inspector extracted from Webkit sources, e.g. artygus/webkit-webinspector. Another option is mozilla/valence which enables Firefox DevTools to be used with iOS. -

GAPID is a developer tool for recording and inspecting calls made by an application to the graphics driver. Once a capture of a target application has been made, GAPID lets you disconnect from the target and inspect all the graphics commands made by the application. q is a better way to do print statement debugging. For best results, dedicate a terminal to tailing $TMPDIR/q while you work. You also can simply tail -f $TMPDIR/q, but it's highly recommended to use the provided commands. Type q.Q instead of fmt.Printf and your variables will be printed like the provided example. Faster to type, pretty-printed vars and expressions. Easier to see inside structs, doesn't go to noisy-ass stdout. It goes to $TMPDIR/q. q Go offers pretty colors! -

rr aspires to be your primary C/C++ debugging tool for Linux, replacing — well, enhancing — gdb. You record a failure once, then debug the recording, deterministically, as many times as you want. The same execution is replayed every time. rr also provides efficient reverse execution under gdb. Set breakpoints and data watchpoints and quickly reverse-execute to where they were hit. rr works on real applications and is used by many developers to fix real bugs. It makes debugging hard bugs much easier, but also speeds up debugging of easy bugs. -
