    ConformalPrediction.jl

    ConformalPrediction.jl

Predictive Uncertainty Quantification through Conformal Prediction

ConformalPrediction.jl is a package for Predictive Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) through Conformal Prediction (CP) in Julia. It is designed to work with supervised models trained in MLJ (Blaom et al. 2020). Conformal Prediction is easy-to-understand, easy-to-use and model-agnostic and it works under minimal distributional assumptions. Intuitively, CP works under the premise of turning heuristic notions of uncertainty into rigorous uncertainty estimates through repeated sampling or the use of dedicated calibration data.

    ClimateTools.jl

    ClimateTools.jl

    Climate science package for Julia

Climate analysis tools in Julia. ClimateTools.jl is a collection of commonly-used tools in Climate science. Basics of climate field analysis are covered, with some forays into exploratory techniques associated with climate scenario design. The package is aimed to ease the typical steps of analysis of climate models outputs and gridded datasets (support for weather stations is a work-in-progress). Climate indices and bias correction functions are coded to leverage the use of multiple threads....

    rayshade-mathematica

    rayshade-mathematica

rayshade and POV for Mathematica Export + view

Beautifully Render* your Graphic3D and Shown or Manipulate right in the Front End (without Export to, ie 3DStudio Art Renderer, et al). For use with Mathematica 4.0 - 13.1. Makes file.ray or .pov that will look much like image in notebook except rendered. Works easily/automatically with many Graphics3D (and some Graphic) as well. However graphics in 13.1 is too big to comment on: many will work many not. Has many options to fix renders that aren't so auto.

    isiKnock

    isiKnock

In silico knockouts for signaling pathways

...The perturbation of biological systems can reveal the complicated interplay and dependencies of pathway components. isiKnock is a software to automatically conduct and visualize in silico knockouts for signaling pathways (Hannig et al. 2019). isiKnock predicts the knockout behavior based on the calculation of signal flows at steady state. For an explanation of the concept of in silico knockouts, we refer to Scheidel et al. 2016 and Amstein et al. 2017. Hannig et al. (2019) isiKnock: in silico knockouts in signaling pathways, Bioinformatics, 35(5), 892–894 Amstein et al. (2017) Manatee invariants reveal functional pathways in signaling networks. ...

    Coastline Evolution Model

Modified version of the Coastline Evolution Model (CEM)

The Coastline Evolution Model (CEM), originally developed by Ashton et al. (2001), Ashton and Murray (2006) and Valvo et al. (2006), is a reduced complexity, one-line sediment transport model that simulates the evolution of coastlines via wave-driven alongshore sediment transport. The original CEM has no Graphical User Interface (GUI) and does not provide graphical visualisations during model runs.

    Hyperballs
We present an improved ball and stick representation called HyperBalls. This type of depiction is particularly useful to represent dynamic phenomena, such as the evolution of non covalent bonds and takes advantage of GPU capabilities. HyperBalls are now fully integrated into the UnityMol software and are actively developed in that context. You will find the most up-to-date versions of the shaders in the http://unitymol.sourceforge.net project.
