    gramm

    gramm

Gramm is a complete data visualization toolbox for Matlab

Gramm is a MATLAB toolbox that enables the rapid creation of complex, publication-quality figures. Its design philosophy focuses on a declarative approach, where users specify the desired end result, as opposed to the traditional imperative method involving for loops, if/else statements, etc. The MATLAB implementation of gramm is inspired by the "grammar of graphics" principles (Wilkinson 1999) and the ggplot2 library for R by Hadley Wickham. As a reference to this inspiration, gramm stands for GRAMmar of graphics for MATLAB. A similar library called Seaborn also exists for Python. Gramm has been used in many publications from varied fields and is particularily suited for neuroscience, from human movement psychophysics (Morel et al. 2017), to electrophysiology (Morel et al. 2016; Ferrea et al. 2017), human functional imaging (Wan et al. 2017) and animal training (Berger et al. 2017).

    graphICs

    graphICs

graphICs is a converter transforming GDS II-data to Asymptote-code

graphICs is used to visualize IC-layout-data from GDS II-files. It reads a stream of GDS II-records, optimizes it by removing objects smaller than a user-defined minimal size an writes it to Asymptote-code. This code can be translated via Asymptote to PDF, PNG or other formats. The output can be specified to be printed on an A-format paper, portrait or landscape, top/right, center or bottom/left align. To use graphICs you need to download the JAR-file containing the program (no installation needed) and the MAP-file containing the color-information for the design (you can modify it or you create your own). To create graphic or PDF-files you need to download Asymptote from asymptote.sourceforge.net. Look at http://sourceforge.net/p/graphicsic/wiki/Usage/ for the Usage. You can download the actual version of graphICs, an example MAP-file and the Bachelor-Thesis about graphICs on the download page.

    graphdot

    graphdot

Visualize Go module dependencies in Graphviz DOT format

Visualize Go module dependencies in Graphviz DOT format. Run graphdot in the directory of any project using Go modules with a go.mod file to print out a dependency graph in Graphviz DOT format. The output can be piped directly into dot to generate a PNG image file. For large graphs with many nodes of dependencies, you may want to generate an SVG file to allow you to zoom in with high fidelity and save disk space instead. If you like a more UML'ish style, you can use the provided graph properties from uml.gprops.

    heatmap.js

    heatmap.js

JavaScript Library for HTML5 canvas based heatmaps

heatmap.js is a lightweight, easy to use JavaScript library to help you visualize your three dimensional data! Use it to add new value to your project, build a business based on it, study and visualize user behaviour, or why not build something completely crazy/awesome? Whether you want to have an aggregated overview of your users behaviour, or look at thousands of events distributed on a map, heatmap.js has all your heatmap visualization needs covered! Because it is the most advanced heat map visualization library on the web. It has a light footprint (~3kB gzip) and with the new 2.0 release heatmap.js just got faster and better. With only a few lines of code you can create your own interactive web heatmap. heatmap.js' API is all documented, also prioritized, so you can start developing right away! Heatmap.js is not a user behaviour tracking script. It simply creates dynamic heatmaps based on the data you feed it.

    iMove

    iMove

Move your mouse, generate code from flow chart

iMove is an open-source, low-code JavaScript development toolkit that converts visual flowcharts into reusable application logic. It provides a browser-based canvas where developers arrange nodes, connect execution paths, and write custom functions. Each node can contain configurable parameters and reusable logic. Completed workflows can be exported as a domain-specific language representation and executed through the iMove SDK. The toolkit supports frontend interactions, asynchronous requests, Node.js services, and combined frontend-backend workflows. Its extensible architecture allows developers to create custom nodes and integrate plugins. The project explores generating code for multiple programming languages from visual workflows. iMove uses AntV X6 for diagram editing and is no longer actively maintained.

    iTag

    iTag

Tag images using various categories and modifiers

iTag has been designed for researchers that rely on photographic census techniques of animals that are hard to detect via image recognition algorithms and was originally developed for counting Grey Seals in the German wadden sea during March 2013. It has since then been further expanded and has now reached beta status. iTag allows Users to define up to 9 different categories and name them accordingly. In addition, 4 modifiers are available to further increase the options during a tagging session. Users are able to load a series of Images into a session and add tags on objects on these images within previously defined categories and modifiers. Upon ending the session, result files are produced including (if provided by the EXIF data) the gps information for each Picture, the number of objects in each category and a detailed result file that describes each individual object. In addition, all images that were tagged are saved.
