    Britecharts

    Britecharts

Composable Charting Library based on reusable D3.js components

Britecharts is a client-side reusable Charting Library based on D3.js v5 that offers easy and intuitive use of charts and components that can be composed together to create amazing visualizations. Britecharts components have been written in ES2016 with a Test Driven methodology, so they are fully tested, and we are committed to keeping them that way. The typical use of Britecharts involves creating a chart using its simple API, then rendering it on a container that has previously had data applied to it. All the components expose some common API methods like width, height, and margin. Additionally, each chart or component can expose specific methods you can find in the documentation. Britecharts components are distributed in UMD modules, each one exposing a D3.js component written with the Reusable API pattern. To use any of the Britecharts modules, you will need to require the chart in your JS file using AMD/CommonJS modules or adding a script tag with the src pointing to the file.

    CBinding.jl

    CBinding.jl

    Automatic C interfacing for Julia

Use CBinding.jl to automatically create C library bindings with Julia at runtime. In order to support the fully automatic conversion and avoid name collisions, the names of C types or functions are mangled a bit to work in Julia. Therefore everything generated by CBinding.jl can be accessed with the c"..." string macro to indicate that it lives in C-land. As an example, the function func above is available in Julia as c"func". It is possible to store the generated bindings to more user-friendly names (this can sometimes be automated, see the j option). Placing each C declaration in its own macro helps when doing this manually.

    CIG-P

    CIG-P

CIG-P is a simple yet flexible data visualization tool

CIG-P is a higher order visualization tool for AP-MS which generates intuitive circular diagrams for visually appealing final representation of AP-MS data. CIG-P can be used to compare a) different AP-MS datasets of various baits or b) a particular bait under various perturbations (lenticular section CIG-P). The output of CIG-P is a simple and intuitively easy to grasp visualization of a complex dataset. CNN Explainer

    CNN Explainer

Learning Convolutional Neural Networks with Interactive Visualization

In machine learning, a classifier assigns a class label to a data point. For example, an image classifier produces a class label (e.g, bird, plane) for what objects exist within an image. A convolutional neural network, or CNN for short, is a type of classifier, which excels at solving this problem! A CNN is a neural network: an algorithm used to recognize patterns in data. Neural Networks in general are composed of a collection of neurons that are organized in layers, each with their own learnable weights and biases. Let’s break down a CNN into its basic building blocks. A tensor can be thought of as an n-dimensional matrix. In the CNN above, tensors will be 3-dimensional with the exception of the output layer. A neuron can be thought of as a function that takes in multiple inputs and yields a single output. The outputs of neurons are represented above as the red → blue activation maps.

    COV2HTML

    COV2HTML

A visualization and analysis tool of Bacterial NGS data for Biologists

COV2HTML provides an easy and 'in home' web interface for biologists that allows coverage visualization of the NGS alignment needed for the analysis. It combines two essential processes: (i) MAP2COV, a tool that converts the huge NGS mapping or coverage files into light specific coverage files which contains genetic elements informations. (ii) COV2HTML, a visualization interface allowing a real-time analysis of data with selected criteria. Thus this interface offers a visualization of NGS mapping coverage data (DNA-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and TSS) performed in different prokaryotic organisms (bacteria, viruses...) or different experimental conditions (mutant versus wild type strains or different growth states…) facilitating studies.

    CUDA.jl

    CUDA.jl

    CUDA programming in Julia

High-performance GPU programming in a high-level language. JuliaGPU is a GitHub organization created to unify the many packages for programming GPUs in Julia. With its high-level syntax and flexible compiler, Julia is well-positioned to productively program hardware accelerators like GPUs without sacrificing performance. The latest development version of CUDA.jl requires Julia 1.8 or higher. If you are using an older version of Julia, you need to use a previous version of CUDA.jl. This will happen automatically when you install the package using Julia's package manager.
