Graphixy is a freeware and lighter (140 KB) standalone program designed to get 'x' and 'y' graphical co-ordinates of an image in scientific, engineering & statistical applications and in image data processing. By drawing an image (or) hovering mouse over the pre-loaded image (using Load option), the 'x' and 'y' co-ordinates can be recorded and saved as notepad .txt file The saved data can be exported to Excel spreadsheet and viewed in graph format. Drawn images can be replayed from the recorded notepad (.txt) data file. Data can also be saved in image file (jpeg; .bmp; .gif; .jpg; .png) formats. CoFlo generates Control-Flow Graphs from C and C++ source code. It can then output the graphs in a number of ways and perform various control flow analyses. NOTE: CoFlo has not been under active development for several years. At this time, I suggest you look into LLVM-based tooling to see if there is anything similar to CoFlo which will meet your needs.

DSAquire allows you to download and plot trace data from a Thurlby DSA524 digital storage adaptor (it's a 25 year old instrument, but better late than never, eh?). The data is downloaded via an RS232 serial link using a null modem cable. You can export the plot as an image or export the data in real-world units as a csv file. CARuler provides vertical and horizontal ruler classes designed to work with QwtPlot. You can create as many rulers as you like. During construction, the ruler gets attached to the plot. Thus, the plot takes ownership of all rulers known to it. Rulers are draggable and emit a signal when its position changes. There is a built-in editing facility for ruler attributes in the form of a right click menu. It is also possible, through the right click menu, to lock any ruler in its current position or a specify a position in which it should be locked.

GoIFISH has been developed for the analysis of IFISH (Immunofluorescence + Fluorescence in situ Hybridisation) images, performing nuclear, membrane and spot detection. Users can manually edit segmentation results, perform background adjustments, construct heatmaps, topology maps, and perform cell classification. All results can be exported for further analysis. GoIFISH has been developed in MATLAB, however binaries are provided to run the program outside of the MATLAB environment. Source code is also available for download.
