The downloads include MigraDoc Foundation, a .NET library for creating documents on the fly (supports PDF and RTF). PDFsharp is the .NET library that easily creates and processes PDF documents on the fly from any .NET language. The same drawing routines can be used to create PDF documents, draw on the screen, or send output to any printer. ZedGraph is a class library, user control, and web control for .net, written in C#, for drawing 2D Line, Bar, and Pie Charts. It features full, detailed customization capabilities, but most options have defaults for ease of use.

NASA World Wind is a graphically rich 3D virtual globe for use on desktop computers running Windows. It combines NASA imagery generated from satellites that have produced Blue Marble, Landsat 7, SRTM, MODIS and more.

NaroCAD is a fully fledged and extensible 3D parametric modeling CAD application. It is based on OpenCascade.

PANDA is a comprehensive and flexib tool for quantitative proteomics data analysis, which is developed based on our solid foundations in quantitative proteomics for years. Several novelties have been implemented in it. First, we implement the advantage algorithms of LFQuant (Proteomics 2012, 12, (23-24), 3475-84) and SILVER (Bioinformatics 2014, 30, (4), 586-7) into PANDA. Second, we consider the state-of-art concept of quantification reliability in this quantitative workflow. On the levels of spectra, peptides and proteins, PANDA works out a few quantitative filters and new scores for quantification confidence. Third, PANDA is designed for processing proteomics big data in parallel.
