AlertWheel is a new software application easing network analysis on large-scale networks. It is based on a novel radial visualization capable of simultaneously displaying several thousand alerts, emphasizing the most important alerts or patterns in the dataset. Among other things, AlertWheel offers a new technique for representing bipartite graphs (where links exist between two distinct node groups). Using this approach, links are positioned in a way to reduce occlusion in the visualization. AlertWheel simultaneously combines three link bundling techniques in a novel way to reduce cluttering on the interface. Our solution also incorporates filtering options, annotation, logging and details-on-demand, to support analysis processes as described by specialists in this field. This project was developed as a prototype for a research paper. Not designed for production use. No support will be offered for production installations. See documentation for prerequisites.

ApiVizTEP is short for Application for Visualization of Target tissue in Electroporation and has been developed with medical and electrical engineering students in mind as target users. It could also conceivably be used in training of medical staff in preparation for malignant tumor treatment with the process known as electrochemotherapy. This well-researched and developed treatment has a high success rate and is being adopted by many medical institutions performing cancer treatment worldwide, creating a need for educational software such as ApiVizTEP to provide a graphic and interactive tool doctors and technicians can use to familiarize themselves with the processes of electrochemotherapeutic treatment. The aspect of electrochemotherapy this application allows you to study in particular, is perhaps the most important one. The Coastline Evolution Model (CEM), originally developed by Ashton et al. (2001), Ashton and Murray (2006) and Valvo et al. (2006), is a reduced complexity, one-line sediment transport model that simulates the evolution of coastlines via wave-driven alongshore sediment transport. The original CEM has no Graphical User Interface (GUI) and does not provide graphical visualisations during model runs. The modified version given here includes these features. This project forms part of a wider research project and further developments on this model are anticipated.

Glimpse is a .NET 4.6 plotting library for WPF projects. It currently contains five classes: a scatter plot, a line graph, an histogram, a raster plot to display matrix data and a tree plot to visualize recursive XML data. Main attributes can be customized through the respective constructors, additional changes are available through public properties. To use the packaged classes just reference the library in your project, instantiate a new plot and add it to a display container of your choice.

GravitySim is an application written in C# using Microsofts Windows.Forms for the GUI. It allows the user to place point masses on a coordinate map, and given velocity, calculates the orbits of the masses, representing it graphically.
