This package implements interpretability methods for black box models, with a focus on local explanations and attribution maps in input space. It is similar to Captum and Zennit for PyTorch and iNNvestigate for Keras models. Most of the implemented methods only require the model to be differentiable with Zygote. Layerwise Relevance Propagation (LRP) is implemented for use with Flux.jl models.

ExplorViz is a web-based software visualization for large software landscapes. It features two different perspectives: the landscape-level perspective and the application-level perspective. The former visualizes the systems, nodes, and application existing in the software landscape. EzXML.jl is a package to handle XML/HTML documents for primates. This package depends on libxml2, which will be automatically installed as an artifact via XML2_jll.jl if you use Julia 1.3 or later. Currently, Windows, Linux, macOS, and FreeBSD are now supported.

Ezys is a non-linear 3D medical image registration program. Ezys fully exploits the parallel computing power of inexpensive commercial graphics processing units (GPU), resulting in a very fast and accurate program capable of running on desktop PCs and even some laptops. On these systems, non-linear image registrations take less than a minute to complete. Ezys implements a diffeomorphic inverse consistent image registration algorithm with a demons-style regularization based on a non-parametric free form deformation model. Mutual Information and Normalized Mutual Information cost functions make Ezys a perfect tool for an inter-modal image registration.

FDTD Antenna Simulator is a complete software package for antenna analysis and design using the FDTD method.

FEVal, the Finite Element Evaluator written in Python, provides easy conversion for many Finite Element data formats (both binary and ascii). Mesh modification is very easy. Values of model results can be accessed given coordinates in physical space.

FEniCS.jl is a wrapper for the FEniCS library for finite element discretizations of PDEs. This wrapper includes three parts. Installation and direct access to FEniCS via a Conda installation. Alternatively one may use their current FEniCS installation. A low-level development API and provides some functionality to make directly dealing with the library a little bit easier, but still requires knowledge of FEniCS itself. This package provides Julia bindings to the FFTW library for fast Fourier transforms (FFTs), as well as functionality useful for signal processing. These functions were formerly a part of Base Julia. Users with a build of Julia based on Intel's Math Kernel Library (MKL) can use MKL for FFTs by setting a preference in their top-level project by either using the FFTW.set_provider!() method, or by directly setting the preference using Preferences.jl. Note that this choice will be recorded for the current project, and other projects that wish to use MKL for FFTs should also set that same preference. Note further that MKL provides only a subset of the functionality provided by FFTW.
