Elixir is a dynamic, functional language for building scalable and maintainable applications. Elixir leverages the Erlang VM, known for running low-latency, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. Elixir is successfully used in web development, embedded software, data ingestion, and multimedia processing, across a wide range of industries. All Elixir code runs inside lightweight threads of execution (called processes) that are isolated and exchange information via messages. Due to their lightweight nature, it is not uncommon to have hundreds of thousands of processes running concurrently in the same machine. Isolation allows processes to be garbage collected independently, reducing system-wide pauses, and using all machine resources as efficiently as possible (vertical scaling). Processes are also able to communicate with other processes running on different machines in the same network.

Although shadowsocks-libev can handle thousands of concurrent connections nicely, we still recommend setting up your server's firewall rules to limit connections from each user. xsd2pgschema is a Java application suite, which converts XML Schema 1.1 (hierarchical data model) to PostgreSQL DDL (relational data model) and supports XML data migration into PostgreSQL based on the XML Schema without defects on information content. It also supports full-text indexing via either Apache Lucene or Sphinx Search utilizing the relational data model. File conversion from XML to CSV, TSV, or JSON is possible as well as mapping XML Schema to JSON Schema. Obtained PostgreSQL database can be optimized at user's discretion. Moreover, differential update, and XPath query evaluation over PostgreSQL are possible. PgSchema server, serialized relational data model server, can be used to speed up the analysis of complex XML Schema. Large XML file can be split through xmlsplitter, a flexible XML splitter based on XPath and StAX.

tqdm is a fast, extensible progress bar for Python and CLI that enables you to see the progress of your loops in a clear and smart way. Simply wrap any iterable with tqdm(iterable), and sit back and watch that progress meter go! tqdm can be wrapped around any iterable, or executed as a module with pipes. Just by inserting tqdm (or python -m tqdm) between pipes will pass through all stdin to stdout while printing progress to stderr. tqdm does not require any dependencies, has a very low overhead and uses smart algorithms to predict the remaining time and skip unnecessary iteration displays. It works on just about any platform, console or in a GUI, as well as IPython/Jupyter notebooks.

The PUMA Repository is a collection of Pascal units for medical informatics. It contains reusable source code for a wide field of health-care application development. dhcp-gen is a perl script that was written by me and Trond Erik Dalho to simplify editing dhcpd.conf for adding static ip to computers and equipment on our school. It also made it easier to do manage the network by limiting some computers access to the local network only. Creating closed networks. And it also worked as a database over all our computers and equipment, making it easier to keep track of everything. All information about equipment is stored inside csv files which are comma separated.

This project is to write and provide innovative high-quality documentations for KDE and other KDE-related open source software. It's not currently an official project, but just a small project by myself. There will be different kinds of documentations for different groups of people. What I am working with at this time is the documentation for computer newbies. And documentation for interdiscipline topics will also be made in the future. But at least it will have some relation to KDE software. For example digiKam documentation could have some information about digital photography.

Python library parser for the Windows NT/2k/XP/Vista registry file format.

This package allows to programmatically send request to a SOAP service using PHP classes. In order to that, this class generates each class for each request and each request parameters and each request response. Each class is stored in a hierarchical folder/sub-folder. The SOAP client is then abstracted and you only deal with objects representing the WSDL. It uses eZ Components, ezcPhpGenerator, in order to generate php files.
