Compose* is a project that aims at enhancing the modularization capabilities of component- and object-based programming. In particular, Compose* offers aspect-oriented programming through the composition filters model.

Dyalect is a dynamic programming language for .NET Core platform. It is lightweight, fast and modern. Dyalect (or Dy for short) is written in C# and has zero dependencies except for standard .NET Core libraries, which means that it can seamlessly run on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Moreover you can use the same binaries on any of these platforms! Dy runs on the top of its own high performance virtual machine. It compiles fast and can be used as an embeddable language or as a scripting language of your choice. It is also a good language to learn programming. Dyalect offers modern syntax, inspired by such languages as C#, Swift, Go and Rust, first class functions, coroutines, expressive modules, a dynamic type system with an ability to extend existing types with new functions and much more. Fine is a derivitive of the SmallEiffel compiler. However, in an effort to improve (?) upon the Eiffel language it has some additional and modified features. Every effort will be made to keep it upward compatible.

Tool to transcribe Parsing Expression Grammar into a parser written in Java. Parsing Expression Grammar (PEG) is a way to specify recursive-descent parsers with limited backtracking. The use of backtracking lifts the LL(1) restriction usually imposed by top-down parsers. In addition, PEG can define parsers with integrated lexing. Unlike some existing parser generators for PEG, the tool does not produce a complex and storage-hungry "packrat parser", but a collection of transparent recursive procedures. The tool can handle left recursion. An integral feature of "Mouse" is the mechanism for specifying semantics (also in Java). This makes "Mouse" a convenient tool if one needs an ad-hoc language processor. Being written in Java, the processor is operating-system independent. Included in the package is PEG Explorer, an interactive tool to investigate the effect of limited backtracking. Sample grammars for Java & C are available from the Web Site.

JS/CC is a parser generator for JavaScript/ECMAScript, which is entirely written in ECMAScript itself. It produces LALR(1) parsers with integrated lexical analyzers. JS/CC can run as a website or be invoked from a console, and runs on several platforms.

More Than Parsing is a parser generator for context free grammars defined in a BNF-like format. It generates scanners, parsers, ASTs, etc. This sf project is no longer active, development will continue in a different place.

PEARL is a high level procedural programming language, which was especially designed for the demanding need to have an expressive and comfortable language for solving multitasking problems when controlling technincal processes. PEARL is an abbreviation for "(P)rocess and (E)xperiment (A)utomation (R)ealtime (L)anguage". It was designed around 1975 at the IRT Institute of the Leibniz University in Hannover with the idea in mind to have an easy to learn programming language for realtime problems. PEARL provides the standard data types and structures known from other procedural languages like e.g. PASCAL. Ox is an attribute grammar compiling system that augments Lex and Yacc specifications with definitions of synthesized and inherited attributes written in a combination of Ox and C/C++ syntax. From these augmented specifications, Ox generates ordinary Lex and Yacc specifications that build and decorate attributed parse trees. The user can specify parse-tree traversals for easy ordering of side effects such as code generation. Ox handles the tedious and error-prone details of writing code for parse-tree management, so its use eases problems of security and maintainability associated with that aspect of translator development.
