Olex2 is visualisation software for small-molecule crystallography developed at Durham University/EPSRC. It provides comprehensive tools for crystallographic model manipulation for the end user and an extensible development framework for programmers. FABS is a program designed to run a fluorescence/absorption spectrometer on Windows. The program analyzes spectra and provides graphs and data files. Users may choose to input video files from cell phones or other cameras, still images, or even live streams of video from webcams. FABS can perform any necessary calibration and image preprocessing. It also uses a central (fish, plant and invertebrates) database to check if the actual parameters are Ok, depending on the species that live in the Aquarium. With all the records, the Simulation Model predicts the algae risk too (low,medium,high) and the algae type(green,cyanotic.) using the Redfield coefficient. MionChrom interprets ASCII data from GC-C-IRMS systems, plots it, identifies peaks and autointegrates the results. The user can manually integrate peaks with different tools.
