******WDTVHubGen2 is no more working since July 2022********** WDTVHubGen2 is a batch processor for getting metadata and thumbs for a wdtv live hub. processes both movies and tv shows, supports many languages and uses themoviedb.org and thetvdb.com. This program also does a lot of parsing to make the files easier to lookup and even aggressively looks up filenames where there are download tags and such. Simply download the latest build und unzip. It will probably need .Net Framework 4.0 or 4.5, wich is standard with Win10. Despite some little glitches, choosen to release first build. Known bugs at this time : -Posters area not fully functionnal -File in use when trying to save several times WDTVHubGen2 is a rebirth of the defunct WDTVHubGen. Music Library & Player utilizes PHP and vanilla javascript to deliver your web-accessible music library via HTML5 audio in a fully responsive and modern interface. The library does not require a database back-end. It parses the directory structure, best suited for a [ROOT]/[ARTIST]/[ALBUM]/[TRACKS] type of layout. This isn't required, but makes for the best user experience. Random playlists can also be generated. The code contained in this script has not been minified. It is written in long form and is well-documented for ease of use and customization. Individual tracks are optionally presented with download links. Minimal effort has been put into limiting the reach of the player and download links. It is limited, by default, to the three audio file types that are supported by HTML5. It is advised that you password protect the Music Library & Player directory using htaccess or other method to restrict public access. -

Generates a short string to help you label your media collection (e.g. CDR/DVDR backups etc.). The string identifies the media type, year and month and a content category. It can be useful for organising and finding your backup media in a database as well as physically. The short string is meant to serve as a unique identifier that can be used both as a primary key in a database and as the label for the medium itself. This small project was born out of a personal need to organise my DVD archive. -
