This software uses computer vision algorithms for mining sequence data from telemonitoring data with CBRs. We propose an approach which treats the detection of changes in behavior detected with a sensor/video fusion, which occur at radically different time-scales, through a CBR in two levels: low and high level. The system is always updating the database with the daily data.
Phenex is an application for annotating taxa and phenotypes in character matrix files with ontology terms. Phenex saves ontology annotations alongside traditional character matrix data using the NeXML format standard for evolutionary data.
Current Phenex development is taking place at GitHub:
https://github.com/phenoscape/Phenex
GoFigure2 is an open-source, cross-platform application for visualizing, processing and analyzing of multidimensional microscopy data. Users can visualize, segment and track cells through time, detect cell-division and ultimately generate lineages.
Febrl (Freely Extensible Biomedical Record Linkage) does data standardisation (segmentation and cleaning) and probabilistic record linkage ("fuzzy" matching) of one or more files or data sources which do not share a unique record key or identifier.
This is a c-library that provides tools for advanced
analysis of electrophysiological data. It features
denoising, unsupervised classification, time-frequency
analysis, phase-space analysis, neural networks, time-warping and
more.
OrthoInspector is a new software system for orthology/paralogy analysis. Its purpose is to facilitate the installation and the maintenance of a database describing orthology/inparalogy relations and to provide tools to exploit these data.
The project would include the development of XUL, CSS and Javascript components to assist biologists in sequence manipulations, data mining, dataanalysis, etc.).
Stop waiting on engineering. Build production-ready internal tools with AI—on your company data, in your cloud.
Retool lets you generate dashboards, admin panels, and workflows directly on your data. Type something like “Build me a revenue dashboard on my Stripe data” and get a working app with security, permissions, and compliance built in from day one. Whether on our cloud or self-hosted, create the internal software your team needs without compromising enterprise standards or control.
PyBact is an open source software written in Python for Bacterial Identification. The software generates simulated data matrix which accurately represents the probabilistic positive/negative results of the tested biochemical test.
NetBuilder' is a tool for building, visualizing, and simulating multi-layered biological networks, structured as hierarchical Petri-nets. It has a built-in stochastic simulator, but also provides easy access to other simulation and analysis.
The Katsura tool overlays microarray gene expression data, proteomics, and similar biological data onto metabolic pathways. [Pathogen Functional Genomics Resource Center (PFGRC) @ J. Craig Venter Institute (JCVI)]
The TIMTAM (Target Information Management Tracking And More) system implements a secure knowledgebase supporting the management, tracking, and analysis of experimental data associated with structural biology projects.
Flow Investigation using N-Dimensions (FIND) is a program designed for analysis and visualization of Flow Cytometry data. FIND focuses specifically on automated population discovery (clustering) methods. The project targets both users and developers.
NumericalFISH is a bioinformatics graphical tool for easy analysis of BLAST or BLAT results, especially aimed at the study of duplications or segmental duplications.
The final build of this software now is distributed in R, embedded in "RedeR': an R/Bioconductor package for hierarchical and nested network analysis... more about RedeR: http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.9/bioc/html/RedeR.html
BIL++ is a set of standalone C++ packages for data processing in Bioinformatics (Graph mining, Bayesian networks, Genetic algorithm, Discretization, Gene expression dataanalysis, Hypothesis testing).
