Previous Description: This project manages the libraries, configuration, and diagnostic tools for Wacom tablets running under Linux. It also maintains updated Linux kernel drivers and Xorg/XFree86 XInput drivers.
LFS that builds GNU/Linux %100 NON-STOP from GNU C 4.4 - Firefox-20.0
see https://sourceforge.net/projects/totally-built-linux-distro/
"0.2 is so much easier than build-0.1"
build-0.1 NO LONGER WORKS
many URL of required src.tar.gz were (re)moved by big tech, and firefox-20 is refused by big tech cryptoXXX
~~~~~~~~~
Builds GNU/Linux from termcap and gcc up to X11 Firefox-20.0 lite. It is %100 GNU/Linux from source compiled on your box (and ready to change) "without any known build fails". It's not a fork of any distro.
The Xfree-independent Xorg X11 input driver for the SGI dialbox
This driver allows using the SGI dialbox on linux systems, which lack the Xfree86 library. Users of Redhat EL/Fedora/Centos 64 bit machines may use the rpm to install the driver. Other users currently need to compile the driver source code and install the driver manually.
This driver is based on source code available from https://sourceforge.net/projects/dialbox/.
KGamma is a KDE Control Center modul for gamma correction of XFree86. With proper gamma settings, your display (websites, images, etc.) will look the same on your monitor as on other monitors.
BigQuery is a serverless and cost-effective enterprise data warehouse that works across clouds and scales with your data.
BigQuery Studio provides a single, unified interface for all data practitioners of various coding skills to simplify analytics workflows from data ingestion and preparation to data exploration and visualization to ML model creation and use. It also allows you to use simple SQL to access Vertex AI foundational models directly inside BigQuery for text processing tasks, such as sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and many more without having to deal with specialized models.
NvClock is a utility with which you can tweak your nvidia card. You can adjust the speeds of your card. Soon you will also be able to do other things then just overclocking. You will be able to tweak OpenGL settings and your xfree86 config file.
Aiptek Hyperpen USB tablet drivers for Linux and X.Org/XFree86. Also includes GUI front-end for configuring the tablet while in-use. Supports Aiptek 6000U, 8000U, 12000U. May work with 4000U/5000U, also reported to work with off-brand clones such as LT95
Genius WizardPen or MousePen tablet open-source driver for X.org and XFree86 4.x based on Acecad Flair tablet driver. It is using Linux kernel evdev module. Various tablets based on same chip (WP8060U) are also supported.
Open Source port of the X Window System. XFree86 home page is at http://www.xfree86.org. Bugs may be reported here or at http://bugs.xfree86.org. Information about accessing the XFree86 CVS repository can be found at http://www.xfree86.org/cvs/.
We provide ported open source tools/applications including their complete sources and/or ready to use binaries for QNX, like XFree86, Lesstif, DDD, VNC, Nedit and cluster middleware like PVM.
For Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Architects, and IT Leaders
The progression to modern application stacks and microservices architectures has resulted in orders of magnitude more logs, metrics, events, and traces. Like gravity, data attracts more data, making it increasingly difficult to move and process as it accumulates over time. More than ever, there is a need to be able to stream-process, filter, mask, transform, aggregate, analyze, and route that data to various data tier destinations optimized for specific usage.
Enhance current Serial support and add support for all Bluetooth and USB InterWrite Interactive Meeting/School Boards and Pads for both X.org and XFree86 Linux systems. The driver will provide mouse input only in both Relative and Absolute modes.
It is the Acecad tablets (Flair serial and USB model, and a-series serial model) driver for Xfree86 4.x.
USB tablets support is provided under Linux only with the help of a kernel module.
The project is to create a UI that sits on top of XFree86/X-org and will provide the user with access to online/local media content such as podcasting, rss, internet radio, video & music. The idea is to create a front end for a home entertainment system.
Alpha-Windows is a new graphic server like XFree86 on Linux working with a new modular system. We want to integrate complex libs written in C++ and new graphic libs for a faster port of win games and many many more ...
A daemon for X11, which watches for mouse wheel actions and outputs them as keypresses. It can be configured separately for different windows. It also allows input from it's own (included) gpm, or from jamd, or from XFree86 ZAxis mouse wheel conversio
This project will use C++ and QT to read from the XMLTV format and output tv listings in various graphical representations.
The main target platform is the sharp Zaurus, but QT should facilitate easily compilation for XFree86 and Win32 environments.
FluxWin is a port of FluxBox for Cygwin/XFree86 platforms. I have taken the FluxBox source and hacked away the parts that wouldn't compile under Cygwin. The latest working version is 0.0.1 based on Fluxbox 0.9.7.
The purpose of this project is to update and complete Linux support for 320 and 540 SGI Visual Workstations. This includes kernel changes, driver additions, XFree86 work, and possibly more in the future.
A debugged version of the driver taken from http://sourceforge.net/projects/i740fb/ that supports XVideo and DGA.
Patrick Lerda did all the hard work - I just fixed a bug or two (It was unreliable on my system.)
The XonX project is used by developers of XFree86 for Darwin and Mac OS X to share and distribute code and information. All of the code developed is committed to the XFree86 Project's CVS server.
The GTF XFree86 modeline generator takes a desired resolution and vertical refresh rate, and computes mode timings according to the GTF Timing standard. These timings can then be formatted as an XFree86 modeline or a mode description for use by fbset.
