This is a version of the Outlook CalDav Synchronizer project ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/outlookcaldavsynchronizer/ ) adapted to work on Windows XP. The original project targets .net framework 4.5, so it does not support Windows XP, despite it being still popular, especially in the enterprise.
