Rework of Marlin RepRap based firmware on ATmega2560 and Ramps board. Original firmware sources was reduced and modified into C++ language to allow more simple modification. Actually firmware is tested on dual-head modification of Rebel II printer and on home-made CoreXY single head printer. Also Simpson GUS printer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3963919) shall be supported but was not tested on last release versions.

This fork modifies Marilin firmware to work well with Rebel II (single and dual extruder) and also Simpson Gus RepRap printers.
