    Hecke.jl

    Hecke.jl

    Computational algebraic number theory

Hecke is a software package for algebraic number theory maintained by Claus Fieker, Tommy Hofmann and Carlo Sircana. It is written in julia and is based on the computer algebra packages Nemo and AbstractAlgebra. Hecke is part of the OSCAR project and the development is supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG within the Collaborative Research Center TRR 195.

    slambook

    slambook

Code for new book about visual SLAM

slambook is the companion code repository for the first edition of 14 Lectures on Visual SLAM: From Theory to Practice. It organizes practical C++ examples by book chapter so readers can compile, run, and modify each concept. The material progresses from Linux, CMake, rigid-body motion, Eigen, Lie groups, and camera models to complete SLAM components. It demonstrates nonlinear optimization with Ceres and g2o, feature-based visual odometry, and direct visual odometry.

    Fuzzy Ecospace Modelling

    Fuzzy Ecospace Modelling

FEM allows users to create fuzzy functional groups for use in ecology.

Fuzzy Ecospace Modelling (FEM) is an R-based program for quantifying and comparing functional disparity, using a fuzzy set theory-based machine learning approach. FEM clusters n-dimensional matrices of functional traits (ecospace matrices – here called the Training Matrix) into functional groups and converts them into fuzzy functional groups using fuzzy discriminant analysis (Lin and Chen 2004 – see main text for more information). Following this, FEM classifies the functional entities from a second matrix (the Test Matrix) into the groups made using the Training Matrix, generating fuzzy membership values for each unit in the Test Matrix. ...

    HLearn

    HLearn

    Homomorphic machine learning

HLearn is a Haskell-based machine learning library focused on composability, algebraic structure, and performance. It provides a functional approach to building machine learning algorithms by leveraging algebraic properties such as monoids and groups. This allows for parallel, incremental, and distributed computation in a mathematically consistent way. HLearn aims to provide implementations of common algorithms like k-means, naive Bayes, and others while maintaining the expressiveness and...

    PRIMUS

Pedigree Reconstruction and Identification of a Maximum Unrelated Set

NEW: Download new version with Pedigree Reconstruction at primus.gs.washington.edu This versions is outdated and incomplete. Please visit the new website for the complete version of PRIMUS. We present a method adapted from graph theory that always identifies the maximum set of unrelated individuals in any dataset, and allows weighting parameters to be utilized in unrelated sample selection. PRIMUS reads in user-generated IBD estimates and outputs the maximum possible set of unrelated...

    Molcrunch

An atomic or molecular electronic properties computational package

...Its most sophisticated feature is a configuration manipulation CI package that provides symmetry filtering, orbital occupation selection, and a choice of many other wave function and/or basis characteristics. The symmetry filtering includes the ability to deal directly with certain non-Abelian groups as well as all Abelian groups. Linear systems can be treated exactly within the full continuous D-infinity-h or C-infinity-v groups. The package is completely modular, allowing control over ordering of most steps within the limitations imposed by the theory. Flow is controled completely by tcsh shell scripts, many of which are provided in the package. ...

    BP (Bilinear Pairing)

    library for Bilinear Pairing

A library encapsulating bilinear pairing computation and group computation in the cyclic groups G_1, G_2, G_T. The bilinear pairing is a bilinear, non-degenerate map between G_1 and G_2 to an element in G_T. The users can build complex pairing-based software by the Pairing library without much knowledge of elliptic curves or pairing or number theory. The library is smaller than 57 Kbytes, suitable for hand held devices.
