Liberator is a Clojure library designed for building RESTful web APIs in a principled, declarative manner. It abstracts HTTP semantics into resource constructs driven by representational state transfer, allowing deep control over HTTP behavior and content negotiation. Liberator used to be known as compojure-rest. It got renamed in July 2012. Liberator is loosely modeled after WebMachine and shares the same aims as Bishop. Ultra is a Leiningen plugin for an absolutely kick-ass development environment. I've written a blog post describing Ultra in greater depth here. Ultra is the rare piece of essentially "finished" software. I've ironed out most of the bugs, and don't plan on adding much in the future. In other words: it's not unmaintained, it's just done. SCNURS - Side Cut Non-Uniform Residual Stress measurement method for plates, - is a destructive RS measurement method developed in Moscow, Russia and later in Bristol, UK. The method is specifically designed for the measurement of highly non-uniform RS fields, including discontinuities, in plates. This project collects all codes which implement forward and inverse solution to the RS problem. The codes are in modern Fortran with OpenMP. The codes are distributed under 2-clause BSD license. The code uses Lapack (http://netlib.org/lapack), Slatec (http://www.netlib.org/slatec) and CMLIB (http://gams.nist.gov/cgi-bin/serve.cgi/Package/CMLIB) libraries.
