Fortran codes for SCNURS method - Side Cut Non-Uniform Residual Stress

SCNURS - Side Cut Non-Uniform Residual Stress measurement method for plates, - is a destructive RS measurement method developed in Moscow, Russia and later in Bristol, UK. The method is specifically designed for the measurement of highly non-uniform RS fields, including discontinuities, in plates. This project collects all codes which implement forward and inverse solution to the RS problem. The codes are in modern Fortran with OpenMP. The codes are distributed under 2-clause BSD license. The code uses Lapack (http://netlib.org/lapack), Slatec (http://www.netlib.org/slatec) and CMLIB (http://gams.nist.gov/cgi-bin/serve.cgi/Package/CMLIB) libraries. All these libraries are available as packages on FreeBSD.

    FORTRAN Unit Test Framework (FRUIT)

FORTRAN Unit Test Framework FRUIT - TDD in FORTRAN

...Rake used as build tool. Tutorials at http://fortranxunit.wiki.sourceforge.net The core testing part is in FORTRAN, this part can be used independent of the Ruby codes. The Ruby code is to make fixtures and reports easier. Rake is to build the project elegantly. This project also demonstrate a new way to build mixed language code in an alternative way than Make. Most of the FORTRAN are important in nature, used in nuclear and aerospace codes, etc, and maintained and written actively. ...

    LSDMap

Locally-Scaled Diffusion Maps from molecular dynamics trajectories

LSDMap is a set of Fortran90 codes parallelised with MPI for the calculation of Locally Scaled Diffusion Maps. The eigenvectors of the diffusion matrix can be used to form a small set of reaction coordinates describing the behaviour of a high-dimensional data set such as an equilibrium MD trajectory.

    ANT.Gaussian

Quantum transport code based on Gaussian03/09

Atomistic NanoTransport (ANT) comprises a series of codes designed to compute electronic quantum transport with a broad range of applicability in nanoelectronics. ANT.Gaussian (or ANT.G for brevity) relies on the popular quantum chemistry code GAUSSIAN03/09 code with which interfaces in a seamless manner. Straightforwad use of ANT.G include the computation of the zero-bias conductance (or, alternatively, the electrical current under an applied bias voltage) of a variety of nanoscale systems such as molecular bridges or simply metallic atomic contacts as those created with scanning tunneling microscope or break junction techniques. ...

    ANT.1D

Quantum transport for tight-binding and ab initio Hamiltonians

ANT.1D is a stand-alone quantum transport code for essentially one-dimensional setups described by tight-binding or ab initio Kohn-Sham Hamiltonians obtained from other codes working with atomic basis sets (Gaussian, Crystal,SIESTA). Interfaces with Crystal and Gaussian codes are available. Electrodes are described either by nanowires of finite thickness or Bethe lattice electrodes.
