    msp4linux

C++ based debug interface to MSP430, MSP-FET430UIF needed

...The tool chain is based on the MSP430-FET430UIF Jtag programming hardware and the TI(TM) open source driver which is needed to access the UIF on the PC side. Beside the hardware tool chain, there is a second part which provides a virtual tool chain. The open source driver is patched and a new data channel is added, which redirects the USB output to a socket interface. The virtual tool chain itself consists of an implementation of the PC <> UIF transfer protocol and a public interface for a simulated target. The screen shot demonstrates a simulated MSP430F5438A target on CCS (linux). As long as the CCS instance is not aware that there is no real hardware attached, it's a good test option for external simulators.

Data logging and visualization in 2D and 3D for STMs.

This is a project we - ten students, 16 to 18 years old, and one teacher - are currently working on in the so called "Physik-Projektkurs" at school in which we build and program our own scanning tunneling microscope. This software is designed for DAQ systems by BMCM (we use the USB-AD16F), but it should not be too difficult to adapt it to foreign systems. It currently supports resolutions up to 1024x1024, visualization in 2D and 3D using colors from predefined gradients, export to PNG,...

Fleuron also randomly stops for random amounts of seconds to allow the drive to be safely removed and to avoid detection. Fleuron can be used for data backup, flash synchronization and undetectable data copying. Note: Currently...

    Visual Disk Diet

Helps you visualize the space used on your drives with colorful chart.

...Feel free to use, modify or suggest ideas! It's pretty much a copy of Disk Space Fan but Open Source so it can be adapted to extended purposes (as browsing file system...) It's very fast on data drives (your data partition, usb drive...) It's NOT optimized for very large and complex drives such as big C: drive for now so it can take up to 10 minutes to scan it (and there is no feedback during this scan, so it can be frustrating).
