App overview and purpose

The TOYOTA MyT application provides connected and remote services that simplify ownership for drivers of selected Toyota models. Designed for vehicles equipped with the Toyota Smart Connect Multimedia system, the app lets you interact with and manage your car remotely — whether you’re checking its condition, adjusting climate controls, or locating it in a crowded parking area.

Remote and location features

• Remote Climate: Start the heating or ventilation before you get in so the cabin is comfortable when you begin your journey.
• Remote Door Lock/Unlock: Lock or unlock your car doors from your phone with a single tap.
• Hazard Lights activation: Flash the hazard lights remotely to make your vehicle easier to spot in busy areas.
• Find My Car: See your car’s location on a map to quickly find it in large car parks or after you forget where you parked.

Driving performance and feedback

• Hybrid Driving Coaching: Receive tailored tips and guidance to help you get the most efficiency from your hybrid system, reduce fuel use, and improve your driving habits over time.
• Driving Analytics: Access data about your trips and driving style so you can review performance and progress.

Servicing, reminders and support

• Service and Maintenance notifications: Get timely reminders about upcoming appointments and required maintenance so you don’t miss important service intervals.
