How to gain access
Registration is required before you can use any Telekom Egészség features. Sign-up is completed through Telekom’s designated customer channels (for example, the Telekom Egészség app or the Telekom customer portal). Once registered, the service is available to all qualifying Magenta 1 subscribers with a current monthly mobile plan.
What the package contains
- Online clinic directory and appointment management: Browse a nationwide private clinic network, select physicians or clinics, and arrange visits either online or by phone.
- Personalized health evaluation and lifestyle guidance: Complete the Lifestyle Questionnaire to receive an assessment of your current health status plus individualized recommendations on diet, activity, and wellbeing.
- Secure digital consultations and messaging: Send questions and images securely to physicians, and request callbacks or schedule live online consultations.
- Phone consultations with licensed doctors: Speak directly with practicing physicians on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00.
